As we move into late fall and begin thinking about the holiday season, many owners have asked about Christmas decorations. The questions are “how early can they be put out” and “how long can they stay out.” These are great questions. There are no restrictions on how you can decorate your home, but there are restrictions on the length of time they can be displayed. Per the ACC Guidelines, Christmas decorations, including lighting, may not be placed on the house or in the front yard prior to one (1) week before Thanksgiving Day, and must be removed no later than January 31. All other seasonal decorations shall be limited to a maximum thirty (30) day period. Sincerely, KellyReznicek,
Director of Property Management

TOP 10 THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT CAMP GLADIATOR 1. YOU HAVE A TRAINER! When you sign up, you pick a home trainer/ location/time.
2. MOST OF THE LOCATIONS ARE PARKS OR PARKING LOTS. Some camps can be held at parking/parking lots- Just expect to get sweaty and work hard. 3. IT’S CARDIO MEETS STRENGTH. Every session starts with a quick run, then there’s a warm-up set of exercises. These camps get you MOVING! 4. BYO-GYM. Bring your own mat. And weights. And water bottle. And towel. Basically, your car will become a traveling gym. 5. YOUR BODY IS YOUR MOST IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT. Most every individual workout/movements will be just your body, or your body plus a weight (easier alternative: you can go without). 6. THE CAMPS GO IN FOUR-WEEK SESSIONS. Each week has a different theme, and obviously the fourth week is the hardest. Your trainer will help you push to be stronger each week! 7. SESSIONS ARE TOUGH. The hour-long session will be different every day, especially considering the week, but you leave feeling accomplished! 8. YOU GET POINTS FOR GOING. Once a member, download the app and you check in (either on your app or on the group ipad). Once you get enough checkins, you get prizes! 9. THIS, MORE THAN ANY OTHER WORKOUT, IS VERY COMMUNITY BASED. Do you like Taco Tuesday? Well CG Meridiana does! Come hang out with the crew and enjoy some yummy tacos & drinks at Café Sol for fellowship and fun after a great workout! 10. IT’S ADDICTIVE. After reading all this, can’t you tell why?
“I never knew how strong Camp is everything I was being around motivating a different workouts every t

TEACHER OF THE MONTH Sarah Robicheaux is a Special Education teacher at Meridiana Elementary who exemplifies excellence. Sarah comes from a huge family and is very family-oriented. Sarah’s special needs brother has inspired her to be a Special Education Teacher. Her brother is her best friend. Sarah’s hometown is New Iberia, Louisiana. Sarah and her husband share a dog named Reef. She loves to travel anywhere to the beach. Sarah has gone above and beyond as she had to change positions at the last minute from a resource position to a fundamental skills classroom teacher. She transformed an empty classroom into a wonderful, loving environment for a student with special needs. She is always looking out for others, and she seeks information on improving her craft. We are blessed to have Sarah Robicheaux in our Meridiana Family.

Meridiana engages children through all stages of learning with education and discovery experiences presented in our on-site Meridiana Elementary and interactive Learning Labs positioned throughout the community. FREEDOM FIELD MERIDIANA'S FIELD OF DREAMS When it comes to the thrills and excitement of Texas high school football, the lights shine brightest in Alvin ISD’s Freedom Field, part of the $42-million Heritage Athletic Complex conveniently located right in Meridiana. Ask anyone who has attended a game at Freedom Field and they’ll tell you it’s a far cry from the look and feel of their old high school stadium. For starters, the sparkling, 10,800-seat stadium offers 5,400 seats on both the home and visitor sides, including mid-field sections on both sides with seat backs and arm rests. According to Robert Wilcox, Alvin ISD’s director of facilities and special events, the evenly divided seating allows fans of both teams to “feel at home.” Freedom Field features concourses on both the home and visitor’s sides, security and first aid stations, a 40-foot plus video board and concession stands with flat-screen televisions to ensure fans don’t miss a minute of the action. It also houses two locker rooms for up to 70 players each and men’s and women’s locker rooms for officials. In the south end zone, Freedom Field’s Liberty Alumni Hall offers banquet seating for up to 500 and lecture event seating for up to 800.
