Keep them feeling Right at Home

Adding life to their years ‌ and joy to their days! No one can turn back time, but you can help your loved one look to a future rich with the people and interests they enjoy most. While desiring to age gracefully and maintain independence, they may realize a need for a little more help with certain tasks or errands. Whether you are close by or thousands of miles away, you want to ensure the overall well-being of your family member.

We are here to offer care options that consider your loved one’s self-reliance and satisfy your need for competent support where your loved one feels right at home.

Your loved one is self-sufficient, but needs some help from time to time. He may need some assistance with cooking, or perhaps some reassurance in recovery. Or, maybe she needs a ride to an appointment. No matter where home is, we bring our personal care and expertise right to your loved one.

We tailor in-home care to just what and when it’s needed, including: v Companionship for an afternoon v A helping hand with laundry, groceries and other errands v Help getting ready for an outing v Monitoring of medications and medication reminders v Assistance with doctor visits and follow-up care

Even in the little things, we make sure your loved one’s care is

Right at Home.

It’s Your Call for Care From the moment you call, we begin considering your loved one’s specific needs. We ask questions during your call to form a basic needs assessment. Then we set up an in-home visit with your family and loved one to gather even more information, answer questions and help you all understand how Right at Home can help.

Custom Care Plan After our initial meeting, we develop a Custom Care Plan tailored to your loved one’s specific needs. We make detailed recommendations on specific services to provide the most benefit. We then review the Custom Care Plan in detail and modify it as you and your loved one see fit.

Finding the Right Care Person Once you approve the Custom Care Plan, we search for the right person to implement that care. Our system finds a caregiver by considering numerous factors: the services needed, your loved one’s interests, and the personalities of both your loved one and the potential caregiver. Looking at the whole situation, we provide the most appropriate caregiver possible. Of course, if you ever have any concerns about a specific caregiver, we can promptly arrange a replacement.

A Watchful Eye ... Right at Home Every Right at Home caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. Once hired, caregivers are trained through Right at Home University and bonded and insured before delivering the care written in your loved one’s Custom Care Plan. Local Right at Home team members stay in touch with caregivers and visit your loved one’s home periodically to be sure things are going well and that caregivers are following the specifics of the Custom Care Plan.
