The SAVA School of Surveying is a new school run by SAVA who have over a decade of experience training and accrediting surveyors. The school is dedicated to offering the next generation of surveyors and valuers a way forward with the new Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation. The level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation is the only existing vocational route into residential surveying and, since its launch in June 2014, the SAVA School of Surveying has enrolled over 100 prospective surveyors onto the course. The course offers a complete and comprehensive learning experience with a combination of online and face-to-face training, making it possible to complete the qualification whilst maintaining full-time employment. Once qualified, graduates of the school will receive direct entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors at

Associate member level, and will also be eligible to join the SAVA Scheme to offer the SAVA Home Condition Survey. Designed to address the skills shortage in the surveying industry, this diploma is available to those with and without industry experience. Whether you’re a tradesman, a graduate, or simply looking for a career change, SAVA has an entry route for you.
