JANUARY FEBRUARY 2016

East London’s Independent Arts Venue

LIVE MUSIC

We’re raring to go here at Rich Mix, with 2016 set to be a very special year. Not only is the legal case with Tower Hamlets well behind us, but this year we celebrate our 10th birthday. That’s 10 years delivering world class events, 10 years being at the heart of some rapid social change, and 10 years getting to know you, the Rich Mix community. So we’re celebrating all year and we hope you’ll celebrate with us! Highlights of our programme include the inaugural Zealous X Festival, which will be taking over the building for 11 days with performances and learning opportunities;

that ‘powerhouse of musical innovation’, the London Remixed Festival returns to take over the whole building for two nights; and we’re really happy to host some of the most innovative and important organisers who Mix regulars, including Knock2Bag, Crick Crack Club, Dash Café, Tongue Fu and Mwalimu Express. And if you haven’t visited our three screen cinema yet, why not make it a new year’s resolution you can actually keep? We’re particularly looking forward to our season of NT Live screenings, starting with Les Liasons Dangereuses and As You Like It. Not to forget everyone’s favourite

intergalactic saga, Star Wars: The Force Awakens continues if you haven’t caught it. As ever, thank you for your continued support, we love hearing what you have to say about us and why #RichMixMatters to you. To add your voice tweet @RichMixLondon with the hashtag #RichMixMatters.

Best wishes Jane Earl, Chief Executive and Monique Deletant Bell, Interim Chief Operating
