Take your taste buds on a foodie road trip from the comfort of the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale during the Proof Across America culinary series. The series, held at Proof American Canteen, takes inspiration from the tradition of summer road trips to showcase regional dishes paired with specialty cocktails. This month, the menu spotlights Florida and the Florida Keys with a hint of Cuban influence in dishes like an adobo pork torta and a battered grouper sandwich with tropical coleslaw. In July, the menu takes a turn toward Louisiana and Texas with creole and Cajun flavors mingling with barbecue favorites. Featured dishes will include a chopped beef brisket sandwich, an Oyster po’boy sandwich, a hearty Texas barbecue plate, New Orleans gumbo, and a Cajun crawfish boil. www.proofcanteen.com.
