20-Minute Bodyweight Burner Get a serious sweat session from anywhere
This is one of my favorite go-to 20-minute sweat sessions for busy professionals who travel or just canâ€™t make it to the gym for a workout. The simple setup: set the clock for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest for all four exercises, completing four total cycles in 20 minutes. Your heart rate will be pumping and leave you dripping some serious sweat when its all finished.
