Vegan Chocolate Chip Pizookie For Two

Serving size: 2 ½ cup almond flour 1 tablespoon  coconut flour 1 tablespoon  peanut butter ½ teaspoon  baking soda 2 tablespoon  brown sugar 3 tablespoon  almond milk or coconut milk ¼ teaspoon  vanilla extract ¼ cup dark chocolate chips Pinch of coarse sea salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients (except salt) until the mixture sticks together and forms a ball. Press dough into a large, greased ramekin (5- by 5-inches) baking pan or shape the dough into a flat circle and place in the center of a baking sheet. Bake pizookie for 13 minutes or until edges turn golden brown, sprinkle with coarse sea salt and enjoy immediately with a scoop of ice cream!
