TOWER Atlanta, GA The multi-building redevelopment will occupy the footprint of the anchor store Belk. In its place a 4 story parking deck, 13-story office building, 150-key, 5 star hotel and a 90,000 square-foot Life Time Athletic will take its place. All buildings will be connected to an elevated outdoor event plaza. The project's unique connection to the mall presents a unique opportunity to create a symbiotic relationship between the mall and the future development.

The project has 136 independent living units, 48 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. The project has become a key feature in the community. Residents and their family constantly express their admiration for the design of the building.
