Vivienne Hudson-Findlay Great Little Managing Director Former Corporate Sales Director at Forte Hotels for 15 years, then Sales and Marketing Director at Corus Regal Hotels. Having served her apprenticeship under some truly inspirational hoteliers Viv has a great passion for the leisure industry. She understands the trade from all angles - operational, sales, marketing - both on a UK & worldwide basis. This experience has helped her translate the needs of clients into the wants of hotel shopUK’s customers. As well as her day job she is actively involved in the community.


Rhian Garbett-Edwards - Great Little Commercial Director Most of her career spent in marketing and management, much of it associated with commercial radio and the internet.

Diana McLean - Sales and Marketing Director Di has worked with Viv and hotelshopUK from the very beginning after she left university (albeit with a little gap in the middle.

Nadia Farrah-John Director of Business Development Over 30 years experience in the hotel industry working for various hotel groups including Forte, Accor and Millenium & Copthorne.

Rob Veale - Director of Customer Service Rob has been with the company for 4 years and has come through the ranks of our very own Call Centre. Previous to hotelshopuk he studied at University of Worcester.

Paula Martin - Head of Special Projects Paula has worked at hotelshopUK for 8 years and has been in the travel industry for nearly 20! She has worked in a travel agents, been a call centre operator, and has experience in marketing, websites, eCommerce and all things technical. Anne Alsop - Projects and Planning Manager One of the top IT marketing professionals in the UK. As head of Windows at Microsoft Ltd she was responsible for the largest consumer software launch in history (Windows 95) as well as the more strategic launch of Windows 2000 to the enterprise sector. Nick Williams - Director of Finance Started at Hotelshop in June 2012. Previously held senior finance roles in PLC groups and private companies including Proquip International, Uniross, Talis Information. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Kim Clifford Kim started her career in retail Travel, working for Lunn Poly, WH Smith Travel and Thomas Cook, finishing as a Manager in Cheltenham. She has also worked for local Newspapers in advertising and then in promotions, hospitality and corporate sales for Worcestershire County Cricket and Worcester Warriors.
