Lucille’s White Fish (Flounder, Sea Bass, Basa)

Liberally sprinkle filet with Lucille’s (“Mild”, “Nippy”, “Hot”) your preference.

Marinade for basting: Juice of 4 limes 1 shot glass dry white wine 1 tsp “Butter” ½

Heat until blended, baste fish while cooking

Cook over medium fire 5-7 minutes BBQ in wire basket or pan with slats, holes etc to allow BBQ flavor and heat to cook Fish. Cook indirect marinating often. Preferably fish flaky with mild moist centre (too moist, not done; not moist, overdone.) Experiment
