Welcome Congratulations on becoming a Member of Reunion Resort & Club! I am pleased to welcome you on behalf of the entire Club staff and the Members of Reunion Resort & Club. The Reunion Resort & Club Team believes in superior service levels, exceptional facilities and professionalism above and beyond our Members’ expectations. Therefore, we stand eagerly ready to provide you with the personal and professional services you require and deserve. A well-informed Member is a happy Member who will enjoy the Club to its fullest extent. In an effort to provide you with a proper orientation to the Club, please be sure to read and refer to the information enclosed in this welcome packet. The Membership Team is ready and willing to assist you with any questions that you may have pertaining to your Membership. If you are seeking an answer to a question that requires any additional explanation not enclosed, please do not hesitate to contact the Membership Team at any time. You can do so by visiting our office located in the East wing of the Reunion Grande lobby or by phone at 407-662-1070. Our office is open Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm. In order to enjoy immediate access to the Club facilities and receive your Member preferred pricing, please stop by the Membership Office to obtain your photo ID Member Card. Members MUST have their Membership Cards with them at all times while using the Club Facilities. Membership Cards are issued to the Member, Spouse, all Children under the age of 23 and Extended Family members listed on the Membership Application. . In addition, the Reunion Resort Hospitality Committee welcomes the opportunity to meet with you to assist in settling into your new home. Please refer to the Reunion Quick Reference Guide prepared by this committee and feel free to contact them should you wish to discuss information not already provided. The pinnacle of The Club experience is our championship golf, with three courses designed by legends Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson. The Parkland-style layout of Jack Nicklaus’ Course contours naturally to the landscape, flowing smoothly and gently from tee to green. Innovatively routed on hilly, roller coaster-like terrain, Arnold Palmer’s Course is highlighted by expansive waste areas, strategically placed bunkers, and generously wide fairways that create a unique variety of risk/reward golf shots. Instructions for the “Member Only” Website Members may access the “Member’s Only” section of the Reunion Resort Website offering instant access to information whenever you need it! This site will allow you to access your Member account, view the online Member Roster and much more. We've also added a Calendar format that will allow you to stay in the loop and even make your Social Event Reservations, so check back from time to time to see what else is new. Below you'll find some helpful tips for getting started with the online roster to help you keep in touch with friends, and maybe make some new ones. Login to www.reunionresort.com. Follow these instructions for the Member Login: Click on Members at the bottom of the page. This will access the Reunion Resort Member Site. You will then come to the Log In page where you will have a choice to either: 1) sign in 2) change your password 3) create an account 4) obtain your password if you have forgotten it If you are signing in, type your Member Number in the Member # box as follows: RE000XXXXA. This is a combination of numbers and letters – RE and A are the letters, the rest are numbers. ALL TEN DIGITS MUST BE ENTERED FOR ACCESS. If you replace the zeros with the letter “O” then you won’t be able to get in. Then enter your Password and click Enter. If you are changing your password, simply enter a new password containing between 6-20 alphanumeric characters and confirm it. If you need to create an account, click on the Registration link and you will be connected to the Registration page. All fields must be entered: First Name, Last Name, Member Number – using the entire 10-digit number as referenced above, Email address, Password, Confirm Password, Password Hint. If you forgot your password, the system can remember it for you and email it. However, if you have multiple email addresses, please keep in mind that you want to enter the email address that we have on file for you. Now, simply begin exploring and learn all that the Members’ Only Website has to offer! Updates are made routinely, so be sure to add the Website to your Favorites and visit often. You may also wish to consider adding your name and interests to the Member roster on the website.

Club Guest Privileges Guest privileges may be extended under the rules established by the Company from time to time. Guests will be entitled to use the Club Facilities only in accordance with the privileges of the Membership of the sponsoring Member upon payment of daily fees. Although it is the intention of the Company to accommodate guests without inconvenience to the Members, the Company reserves the right to limit the number of guests that are invited by a Member on any given day. The Company shall establish from time to time the rate of the daily guest fees, charges and the rules and regulations for use of the Club Facilities by guests. Guest privileges may be denied, withdrawn or revoked at any time for reasons considered sufficient by the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion. All guests shall be either houseguests or day guests. A houseguest is defined as a guest temporarily residing in a Member's residence who wishes to access Club Facilities unaccompanied by the Member. All other guests of a Member shall be considered day guests.

Day Guests 1. A particular person may use the Club Facilities as a day guest a maximum of six times each Membership year, regardless of the sponsoring Member. A Member’s extended family is not subject to the six times per Membership year limitation, but the Company reserves the right to restrict the number of times an extended family member may be a guest of a Member. 2. All day guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member while using the Club Facilities, unless the Company determines otherwise. 3. A particular individual using the Club Facilities as a guest must be registered by the sponsoring Member with the Club. The Company reserves the right to require identification by each guest. Guests will be charged guest fees for use of the Club Facilities as determined from time to time by the Company. 4. Guests will be entitled to use the Club Facilities only in accordance with the privileges of the Membership of the sponsoring Member. 5. Guest charges for any services will be charged against the sponsoring Member's credit card. 6. Guest privileges may be limited by the Company, from time to time, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.

7. The sponsoring Member shall be responsible for all charges incurred by the guest. The sponsoring

Member is also responsible for the conduct of a guest while at the Club. If the manner, deportment or appearance of any guest is deemed to be unsatisfactory, the sponsoring Member shall, at the request of the Company, cause such guest to leave the premises of the Club.

8. A suspended or terminated Member may not utilize the Club or Club Facilities as a day guest.

1. Houseguests must be registered by the sponsoring Member with the Membership Office, prior to the arrival of the houseguests. Application forms requesting houseguest privileges may be obtained from the Membership Office. To provide Membership privileges for a houseguest, the sponsoring Member must initiate the application for houseguest Membership at least five business days prior to the arrival date of the houseguest, unless otherwise accepted by the Company, in its sole discretion. If, in its sole discretion, the Company accepts a houseguest form less than five days prior to the arrival date of the houseguest, an additional fee may be charged by the Company. 2. Guest cards for houseguests will be issued for the length of stay, up to a maximum of two weeks and a maximum total of six weeks (42 days) per houseguest each Membership year. No residence may have houseguest privileges for more than six (6) weeks total per Membership year. At the expiration of the guest card, renewals of houseguest privileges will be granted at the discretion of the Company. 3.

Houseguest privileges are reserved for friends, family and known business associates of a sponsoring Member.

Houseguest privileges are not available to the renter or lessee of a Member’s residence in the Community. Any Member who offers or advertises houseguest privileges to renters or lessees of the Member’s residence is subject to suspension and/or termination in the sole discretion of the Company.

5. Houseguests are permitted to use the Club Facilities unaccompanied by the Member in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the Club from time to time. 6. The sponsoring Member will be charged a houseguest fee for each time period (up to two weeks) in residence, in addition to all daily use fees as determined from time to time by the Company. Additional owners of a residence will not be required to pay the houseguest fee. 7.

The sponsoring Member does not have to give up Membership rights for the period of time the houseguest is in residence.

8. All charges incurred by the houseguest will be charged against a credit card provided by the Houseguest at the point of sale. In the event a Houseguest does not provide a credit card, all charges will be charged against the sponsoring Member's Club account. 9. The Club must be notified of a cancellation at least two days prior to the arrival date of the houseguest. Failure to advise the Club of a cancellation may result in the Member's Club account being charged the full houseguest fee.

About ABOG The Reunion Advisory Board of Governors (ABOG) represents a cross-section of property owners. It meets quarterly and acts in an advisory capacity by providing input to management about policies and programs. Joe Kane is the Chair for the ABOG and can be reached at 407-396-8309 or josephkane@aol.com. Beginning in late 2009, four Member committees were established to provide additional communication links between the Reunion Management and its Members. These committees are chaired by an ABOG Member, who report on their committee’s discussions and recommendations at each ABOG meeting. Each of the committees consists of a minimum of four committee members. Information regarding the four committees of the ABOG follows: THE GENERAL BUSINESS COMMITTEE communicates ideas and suggestions to enhance customer service, safety and sales and marketing activities at Reunion. The scope of this committee is fairly broad as it generally includes administrative, financial and security issues not clearly falling within the scope of other committees. Mark Greenstein is the Chair for this committee and can be reached at 407-396-3977 or gmark10@msn.com. TENNIS, RECREATION AND EVENTS COMMITTEE (TRE) reviews and make recommendations that will increase member interest and participation in Reunion’s tennis tournaments and programs; children’s programs; fitness training and classes; recreation and social events. Jan Sitko is the Chairperson for this committee and can be reached at 321-939-3572 or jansitko@aol.com GOLF AND GREENS COMMITTEE provides input to management concerning new golf programs and policies and is instrumental in the planning of golf tournaments. The committee also provides and seeks input regarding golf course conditions, maintenance practices and water issues from a Member's perspective. However, the mailboxes are managed by the Reunion Property Owners Association (POA.) Each community has a central covered mail kiosk that houses the individual mailboxes. Keys are assigned upon request by contacting Aegis Management. Upon receiving your key, you will be provided information regarding the location of your mailbox. Mailbox keys are $10 for the original key and $35 for replacements. POST OFFICES Loughman is the closest to Reunion. Take Old Lake Wilson Road, south to Ronald Reagan Boulevard, turn left. Post Office is less than two miles on the right, across from the fire station. Celebration Post Office, in downtown Celebration, is the official post office that services Reunion.

Additional service (free of charge) is available by contacting Aegis and reporting the nature of the infestation or need.

REFUSE COLLECTION AND RECYCLING COLLECTION DAYS – Monday and Thursday Kissimmee Sanitation Division 407-518-2507 x 2600 Garbage containers (not to exceed 32 gals.) must be stored out of public view when not placed at curbside for collection. Containers are to be placed at curbs no earlier than dusk, the day prior to collection. Garbage should be placed in 30-32 gallon rubberized containers with proper fitting lids. Plastic garbage bags encourage rodents, raccoons and large birds to open them and spread the contents throughout the community. Please use proper containers at all times. CONDO OWNERS – please contact your HOA or the Rental Management for proper refuse disposal information.

RECYCLING Osceola County does not recycle at this time. However, in an effort to encourage recycling, Reunion has placed recycling containers in the parking lot, behind The Grande for paper, plastic, newspaper, and cardboard products. Please break down all cardboard products into flat pieces. These items can be bagged together for ease of delivery to the site. There is no need to separate items as they are sorted by hand once delivered to the recycling center. PLEASE, no glass.

REUNION AUTO DECALS AND GATE TRANSPONDERS Request forms can be picked up at any manned gate. Complete the form and return it to the main gate. The request will be processed within 24 hours and the decal and transponder will be available for pick-up at the main (CR532) gate.

Their responsibility is to provide: residential security checks, 24/7 security patrols, property damage, animal control (i.e. snakes, stray dogs and cats), home/vehicle lock-outs, medical emergency response (call 911 first and then security as they are the closest.) All vehicles are equipped with advanced first aid kits and are heart ready. They also provide severe weather assistance, gate access control, traffic monitoring, and assist Aegis Community Management with HOA code enforcement. If at any time a resident feels they have not received an adequate response to their request for assistance, they should call the Director of Security, Garold Williams, 407-396-3131, twenty hours a day, seven days a week.
