LEADERSHIP COMPETITIONS

I strongly believe in the ability of Architecture, research and it is my gateway to truly help others. I am not in this field for the monetary gain, I am here to actually find innovative ways to help the world and also help people. I have been blessed with a wide variety of skill sets that help in the architecture field, either technical skills or soft +hard professional skills. I believed they helped shape me into a highly skilled, determined, hungry, passionate, curious, thoughful, well rounded designer. My goal is to help better shape the built enviroment through the creation of beautiful, functional architecture. To these ends I will continue to work, learn and immerse myself in the field in order to create the best.

THE PERFORMERS HAVE A SEPERATE AREA FROM THE PUBLIC AREA. THEY WILL HAVE THEIR OWN SPACETO ENTER AND EXIT AND HAVE SIDE STAGE ACCESS FROM SIDE OF BUILDING. PERFORMERS AREA

THE AUDITORIUM IS THE BIGGEST VOLUMETRIC SPACE IN THE CENTER. ITS THE FOCAL POINT. ITS THE REASON ALL IS HAPPENING SO YOU SEE VOLUME FIRST.

THE PUBLIC AREA IS A SPACE WHERE VISITERS WILL HAVE SPACE TO INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER AND ALSO THE PERFORMERS WHEN THE ACT IS OVER.

The option of the solar panels are to help the home save energy. The home has the potiential of having these placed on the roof at anytime if the cost of electricity becomes unmanagable.

is to have things in the home that cuts down on cost. The used for the foundation of the home. With this recycled material the cost of the home would drastically become lower.

Overhangs are another good source of using the home as way of helping with unwanted sunlight and heat. The goal of the overhangs are to block as much sunlight to keep the home at the decent tempature for living.

Rainwater is the main reason of the pitched roofs, the goal is to capture the most rain as possible and reuse it throughout the home in any way needed.

The pavement for the porch is place because when it rains the water will drain down into the ground of the site. It is a good alternative seeing that most water sits on top of the surface of concrete and percipitates.

The community will be a good benifactor in the home because it will enable the dwellers to go outside and harvest food and actually have a source of food rather than going to far out local stores.

Deciduous trees would be a great help on the south of the home. They naturally shed their leaves in winter for sunlight to come through and gsther the leaves again for the summer

The use of the clerestory windows in the back of the home are to help with ventilation. The homes hot are would come and rise up to the
