A NOTE FROM THE
PUBLISHER Founded in 2017, A-Z Biz Link is a professional development organization focused on facilitating discussions around today’s modern workforce and leadership challenges, while creating solutions and driving real positive change in the workplace. In 2020 we will produce over 50 professional development events for the Phoenix metro business community. A-Z Biz Link’s rapid growth and expansion has been largely due to our ability to deliver events that answer the needs of local businesses. We have already expanded our platform and as of 2020 will provide the same quality events for the Las Vegas and Reno markets. We aspire to have a presence in every major city throughout the United States. Our A-Z Biz Link events highlight many great individuals and resources, but we know there are a ton of other great resources in Phoenix metro doing BIG things to help companies and business leaders. Resources for Growth was launched in response to the consistent request from local companies and individuals for contacts that can help elevate both their personal and professional lives. The truth is, so many leaders are eager to grow but struggle to find the right individuals that can help them do it. Rather than relying on one-off email introductions, internet searches, or the A-Z Biz Link events we decided to develop a resource guide that will help set up any local leader for success. We are excited to unveil our first volume of Resources for Growth. The individuals featured in the Resources for Growth book are a compilation of proven leaders and rising stars that have already largely impacted local companies by elevating their businesses. We encourage you to attend one of our 2020 events that will feature those included in the book or check out some of our features on the A-Z Biz Link Podcast.
Wishing you all continued success!

Latasha leads a team of recruiters who focus on finding the right talent to work in multiple areas of the U-Haul organization; to include Information Technology, Call Center, Manufacturing and various roles within the Arizona Corporate Headquarters and all other locations within the United States and Canada. Latasha is very active in the Phoenix community, she serves on the Teach for America of Arizona, Florence Crittenton and Charter 100 Board of Directors. She is also the co-chair of the Valley of the Sun United Way, Women United leadership group. Generations of the same families often choose to build careers here, realizing that a personal investment in U-Haul means providing for each other. That’s what we do: care for one another. When a family entrusts U-Haul and its services with their loved ones and possessions amid the stress and adventure of a move, U-Haul embraces that awesome responsibility and have since 1945. It’s why they are still here – and still growing. A caring culture means catering to millions of annual customers...but it also means supporting their thousands of dedicated team members. The discussion was thoroughly interesting and more importantly, very valuable. A-Z Biz Link provides first-class insights into what business owners and leaders need to know. I look forward to participating in more of their sessions.” - Kevin Black, Principal - Kevin Black Company “I am proud to say that I know Lindsay through multiple channels, most notably through her A-Z Biz Link programs. Lindsay has a dynamic and engaging personality, and when I first interacted with her, I could tell that she is very passionate about her work, combined with the desire to invest her time and energy into growing the Phoenix network of leaders. I first became aware of A-Z Biz Link through a few HR connections, and I quickly realized that the program is highly organized and extremely valuable to not only HR people, but to anyone who is looking to develop their leadership skills while also expanding their network. The series covers topics such as social issues, workplace dynamics, talent management, leadership development and culture. I highly recommend her A-Z Biz Link program.” - Cailean Bailey, Past President - GET Phoenix Young Professionals “I love attending the A-Z Biz Link events that Lindsay has done an amazing job putting together. It’s a great experience networking with the great people from a variety of backgrounds, as well as, the great speakers and panels that have been put together. I’ve been attending from the beginning and every event I come away with a wonderful little nugget (or many!). The structure is great and the content is very valuable. The membership is absolutely worth every dime and second!” - Sarah Hiller, Director of Operations - Stringcan Interactive
