Last year she decided to pursue an old dream: to venture Italy, land of her ancestors. Thus, began DUCO Travel Summit, a very elegant annual event in Florence, born to promote Italy on a permanent basis. DUCO from the Latin word means “to lead”. “For the first time Italy is on the calendar of the world’s finest travel events”, celebrates Carolina. With the inaugural summit in March 19th to 23rd 2018, DUCO has the honor to show the best of Italy to the English speaking market. During four intense days of business in some of the most beautiful locations throughout Florence, DUCO will host the encounter between top Italian travel suppliers (hotel properties and experiences from north to south) and a selection of high-end travel advisors invited from the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.
