How the money works?  

Average Transaction of $150,000

 

Average Commission Rate of 3.5% per transaction

50% pays the owners of the team

50% of the funds go into:

local or Family Reunion / Masterminds

Designations for your specialty [i.e. GRI, CDPE, CRS, CCIM, SIOR, CPM]


Advertising  

Team members will get together and decide how they want to spend advertising dollars.

This will be done at a team meeting and based on a voting system.

No team members MUST participate.

Team Advertising Dollars must be spent on a majority vote [preferably a unanimous vote]


Profit Share for Production  

Our Team’s Profit from the remaining amount of funds will be shared based on your production and contribution to the team.

It will be based on a percentage of your $5,000 Cap. The more you pay in on that cap, the more you will be given from the remaining amount.

This is different than KW model because we reward you for production not recruiting.


Listings  

Your listings are your listings. If you decide it is time to leave our team…any listing you have brought…any buyer or client you have brought is yours to take.

Splits…the only time any split would be different from the 90/10 agreed split would be if one of the team members brought it to the team and the associates involved agreed to a different split.

I.E. if Ryan or Lanell passed a client to another team member an automatic 50/50 split would be expected. And vice versa.

Technology Training. We will stay up on the latest technology to help streamline your business and get you set up to make money while you are sleeping. It’s your job to ask for help.

Income tax advice for my business: “Do I become an LLC? What can I deduct? How do I keep more money in my pocket? ***Ryan has prepared more than 1500 income tax returns over the past 5 years. He will help team members set up their business to maximize tax code advantages.


If you have Questions?

ASK THEM…the only stupid question is the one you don’t ask and then get pissed at someone on the team because of a lack of communication.
