There are multiple membership categories that cover all lifestyles. All of their categories offer access to wellness consultations, nutritional reviews, complementary club fittings, top of the line hitting bays and three putting greens for individual practice, full use of the fitness center, priority use of space for events and bag storage for one set of clubs. Their fully equipped fitness center, with top-ofthe-line equipment, allows members to stay shape whether working out alone or with a trainer. From chiropractic appointments to massages, members receive advanced treatment – after all, you are always treated right at G&BNYC! “While we treat members to help them get back into playing shape our main specialty is injury prevention,” explained Bradley A. Borne, D.C., Director of Sports Medicine and Wellness at the club. “We have full-time therapists, acupuncture, cupping, yoga and pilates, as well as a 10,000 square foot gym. We are constantly looking
to provide our members with the best possible options to maintain their health and build strength. We have recently added a ski ergometer and assault airbike which not only check the cardio boxes but build strength and help to rehab from injury. Our members are busy people, so we give them the most beneficial things to do during that hour of free time every week.
