REGISTRATION INFORMATION PAYMENT FOR ALL CLASSES ARE DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. Payment by check or money order only. If paying by cash, only exact amounts are accepted. A collection fee will be charged for each check returned by the bank.

REFUND POLICY Full refunds are only issued when the Recreation Center cancels the activity. A 15% cancellation fee is assessed for all refunds. Changes or transfers per class, sports league or day camp registration; may be assessed additional fees. After the first day of a session, the Recreation Center issues a partial refund to patrons withdrawing from the activity. Reseda Recreation Center reserves the right to change, cancel or combine any activity in this program.

Visit the Park office and pick up a registration packet. •Complete registration packet and return it to the office with payment. •Provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunization records. (Copies can be made at the center) • Child must be potty trained!! No exception

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS $25.00 One time registration fee (per child per year) $50.00 4 days - M-TH $40.00 3 days - any three days $30.00 2 days - any two days ** Individual days NOT available ** No credits or make up days will be issued for missed days, unless a doctors note is issued.

Reseda Quack Pack provides a program designed to offer a diverse recreation experience In a positive atmosphere where they will learn and have fun! Transportation is not provided. The Reseda Quack pack is an ongoing program that runs on the school district schedule. There is a break in the program in the winter and in the spring

Winter 2013 January 7th-March 2, 2013 AIKIDO

Continuous class Children $45 / Adults $60 Instructor: Salvador and Aurora Hernandez Ages 7 - 12 years Wednesday 6 pm - 7 pm Saturday 9 am - 10 am Ages 13 - Adult Monday 7 pm - 8 pm Wednesday 7 pm - 8 pm Saturday 10 am - 1130 am Japanese system of self-defense in which various holds and circular movements are used to cause the opponent’s strength and weight to work against them.

TENNIS Instructor: Will Jackson Ages 6-8 years

Thursday 6pm-7pm Class begins January 10th, 2013 Saturday 9am-10am Class begins January 12th, 2013 Students will develop an overall ability to play the game of tennis. Students are asked to bring a tennis racquet and one can of tennis balls. Classes begin January 8th, 2013

Study of the philosophy and basic techniques of Yoga through postures, stretches, and deep breathing; flexibility and strength of the body are revitalized Techniques to enhance overall health and improve ability to handle stress. Classes begin January 8th, 2013

Ages 8 to Adult 6:30 pm – 7:30pm Students will learn basic chords, strumming, picking & tuning techniques. they will also be exposed to a wide variety of musical genres. Students must provide their own guitar. Class begins January 11, 2013.

Tuesday Ages: Adults of all Ages 7:45pm-8:30pm A very energetic Latin dance. Lots of fun, complete with spins, sharp movement, and crisp turns. Styles vary depending on where the dance is from.

Children will develop an understanding of football fundamentals such as bumping, setting, serving and rules of the game. Classes will begin January 30th 2013

Come on out and learn the fundamentals of Steet Hockey while having fun during the Winter, children will learn the skills needed to play street Hockey in small groups in station drills, exercises, and games. Each week they will build on what they learned the week before, eventually leading into scrimmage type games against each other.

Classes will begin January 29th 2013

Wednesday Cost: $40

Bus pickup/drop-off times at Reseda Recreation Center: Pickup: 3:30pm, Drop-off: 6:30pm *Parents must be present at pickup and drop off time (by tennis courts)

Tregnan Golf Academy provides golf programs and opportunities for under served youth ages 7-17. Their goal is to reach young golfers and help them develop self-esteem and strong inter personal skills as they learn to play golf. Tregnan Golf Academy is currently taking registration for their Junior Golf program which will offer one class per week for 10 weeks. Transportation is included but limited to 7 children per recreation center.
