Tips to Boost Your Memory Naturally There is no denying that as we age, chronologically, our body ages with us. Most people experience mild cognitive decline with age. In fact, research shows that up to half of people over age 50 have mild forgetfulness linked to ageassociated memory impairment. Eat “smart” foods regularly.
