Micro servers are small server appliance with similar functionality as that of traditional servers. The concept of micro servers is similar to that of traditional blade servers, which essentially puts multiple servers into one physical chassis for shared power and cooling. A micro server includes in-built hardware, software, and operating system. Micro servers help to scale out the workloads of data centers. These workloads include entry dedicated hosting, serving the static web page, basic content delivery and so on. A micro server saves space, consumes less power, and is appropriate for running small tasks.
