Important information Minimum Order Value for Free Delivery: £400 The minimum order value for free delivery to mainland Britain is £400 and any orders under this value will attract a small-order surcharge of £60, unless a prior contractual agreement has been made. If your total orders exceed £4000 (excl VAT) in the financial year April to March, you may claim back any smallorder surcharges by sending in copies of the relevant invoices with a covering letter. Late Payment Charge We are facing ever increasing delays in receiving payments from our customers which is increasing our collection costs. In order to ensure that these increasing costs are not passed to our customers who pay on time we will introduce a small overdue debt administration fee with effect from monies overdue 30th November 2011. Fitted Furniture Due to the more complicated nature of some product ranges, we would ask that you contact us to arrange a site visit for a formal quotation. Other samples will be invoiced at the appropriate catalogue rate. However, the full amount will be credited if the goods are returned within 14 days in a re-saleable condition. Special Promotions From time to time we will mail you special offers. Please read the terms and conditions applicable to these promotions, as they are limited to specific times and/or circumstances. Promotional offers cannot be backdated to apply retrospectively to orders which have already been received. Prices and VAT All prices exclusive of VAT at current rate. The company reserves the right to amend prices and conditions of sale without prior notice. Deliveries and Installations When ordering, it is essential that you give us a contact name, telephone number and out-of-hours contact name/tel no. Please also supply details of special delivery and access instructions (especially for deliveries to a school/college during holidays or after hours). Standard delivery involves ‘supply only’ to a covered ground level entrance with reasonable access for a commercial vehicle. As our products are made in factories located throughout the UK, we cannot guarantee that all the products on a multi-product order will be delivered together. A storage charge will be levied for deliveries delayed by the customer for more than 14 days after due date. Some products in this catalogue are supplied in component form for onsite assembly; a skilled assembly and installation service is available at an extra charge, details of which are available in advance. When our furniture is designed to be delivered and installed by expert fitters you will be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient date and time. If the delivery arrives as

arranged and cannot be unloaded and/or installed on the day due to reasons beyond the control of Remploy, there will be a surcharge applicable for a second visit and/or storage. Returns Policy When goods are ordered in error, please contact us as soon as possible. If the problem is a Remploy error, goods will be replaced free of charge subject to them being unused and in a saleable condition. In the event of customers choosing to use the goods supplied in error, a mutually agreeable arrangement will be applied. If the problem is a customer order error (e.g. incorrect colour/specification ordered) a sliding scale will be applied as follows**: Customers ordering Fast Track items (highlighted in Remploy Furniture Catalogue in orange) may return unused packed goods in saleable condition but there will be a restocking charge of 30%. Safety You should ensure that, where appropriate, all shelving and storage products are securely fastened or stabilised and loaded reasonably and sensibly; Remploy cannot accept any liability or responsibility in circumstances or occurrences beyond its control. Colour Reproduction Whilst reasonable care has been taken to reproduce accurate representations of product colours and finishes in this publication, the colours and finishes of products supplied may differ from these representations. Colour samples are available from our Customer Service Team. Whilst making reasonable effort to maintain consistency of colours and finishes of products, we cannot guarantee an exact match of batches of products supplied at different times.
