Students selection All countries should carefully select and screen prospective students in accordance with current directives, considering the candidate’s rank, experience and prior formal training. but at a minimum the students should meet the following prerequisites : in a NATO operational-level headquarters - English language skills to NATO Standard SLP 3333 - Appropriate NATO Security Clearance
For most courses, should student prioritization be required due to a lack of seats, the priority of attendance will be given to students from NATO SOF Troop Contributing Nations (TCNs). Documentation
All students are to ensure that they have the following documentation with them upon arrival for class: - Passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity) - Visas (Students Visas are a national responsibility) - National or NATO ID card - Hard copy of NATO Travel Order - Hard copy of NATO Security Clearance form
Dress code
Standard dress for military students is their national duty uniform,
business clothing should be worn. Military students may wear civilian clothes only on their last day of the course to facilitate commercial travel, if necessary. 38
