Dear Friend, A smile is one of our greatest attributes. A smile sets the tone in business and social settings, A smile can convey confidence, warmth, and happiness and can serve as the basis upon which friendships, business relationships and even marriages are formed. Consistently, the “number one” attribute that people notice, when meeting for the first time, is your smile.
Don’t settle for less than you deserve—a World Class Smile. For some, that may be Hollwood-style perfection—the cover of Vogue, Glamour or Mademoiselle. For others, it may be as simple as the confidence that comes with having brighter, straighter teeth. No matter how you define your “ideal smile”, we at the Center for Dental Excellence can help you attain it.

In some cases, a smile makeover can be realized in as few as two visits. Cosmetic options include bonding, veneers, and whitening. We use computers and ceramic (CEREC-3D) to rebuild teeth with astonishing precision and accuracy in a single visit. You may choose white onlays and fillings. The all-porcelain (metal-free) veneer or crown option blends naturally, and perfectly, with your own smile. If you are thinking, “I want my teeth not only whiter but also straighter,” we have good news for you! Our computer-assisted 6 Month Smiles can straighten and align crooked teeth in the time between hygiene visits. For more challenging cases, we may also use a no braces way to straighten teeth called Invisilign. And, don’t worry. You are in good hands with Drs. Rementer. She has studied all phases of cosmetic dentistry with Dr. Ross Nash who is a superb cosmetic, smile design dentist, and pioneered the modern day veneer. She learned from Dr. Gordon Christensen who researches all facets of dentistry, trained with Dr. Arung on all phases of dental implants

and with Dr. Kurt Rossein, on overdentures. She studied all facets of occlusion (bite forces) with Dr. William Wynne, and learned how to make drop-dead gorgeous dentures from Dr. Jack Turbyfill. Thanks to training with Drs mark Montogomery and Richard Amy, Dr. Rementer is one of the first dentists in North Carolina to provide permanent headache relief without drugs, orthotics or surgery. Drs. Rementer agree with Winston Churchill who said that “the optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” For this reason, her skills as dentists are highly sought after by people with nowhere to turn. And, for the last 12 years, Dr. Rementer has been the team dentist for the Durham Bulls baseball club, the Triple A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays.
