RE/MAX CHARITIES In 2002, RE/MAX became the Breast Cancer Survivor Recognition Program co-sponsor for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Race for the Cure events across the United States. ERRORS & OMISSIONS
In compliance with our RE/MAX, LLC Franchise Agreement, as well as our own piece of mind, RE/MAX Excalibur carries an Errors and Omissions policy. The terms of that policy are $1,000,000 per claim, with only a $2,500 deductible. RE/MAX Excalibur has established a legal fund to pay for the premiums of the above mentioned policies. The legal fund is funded by the $64.00 E&O fee that is deducted per closed escrow and $30 for closed leases.

What Does It Cost To Join RE/MAX Excalibur? Standard Membership $300/mo. Membership Fee $12,000 annual management cost. 70/30 split UNTIL the $12,000 management cost is met. After that, ALL commissions are 100%, minus the 5% franchise fee. If the $12,000 limit is NOT reached within 12 month period, the schedule resets. No extra money is paid to RE/MAX….NO STRESS 5% franchise fee, one of the lowest in the industry $390 annual membership fee ***Optional - Tastefully furnished private and semi-private offices with custom cherry wood furniture are available. Rates vary based on office size and location. The costs can be added to the “No Stress” program.
