ABOUT OUR LOGO The Nicholas Lynch logo of eight inward pointing house icons symbolize a number of elements that comprise the Nicholas Lynch philosophy.

the fact that we strive to be an attraction business where Clients come to us because of referrals and our reputation.

Eight houses were chosen because eight is the number of “New Beginnings” which represents the journey that our Vendors and Buyers / Landlords and Tenants take when they either sell and buy or manage and rent their home with our company.

The internally created star with eight points is symbolic of the four corners of space (north, south, east, and west) and time (two solstices and two equinoxes) representing the lengths that we will go to in achieving premium results for our Clients. The eight points of the star also represent our Eight Star Service Commitment.

The use of the house icons as arrows pointing to the centre represents the focus we have on achieving premium results for our Clients. The circle represents the “Circle of Life” in real estate, where we manage Client’s fi rst homes through to their last and everything in between. The inward pointing arrows also represent

Finally the blue represents the water and our location around Port Phillip Bay and of course the house icons represent the lots and lots of houses that we rent and sell each year.
