All School Checklist

☐ School Uniforms: Regents uniform vendor is Dennis Uniforms. Please review the Uniform Guidelines and shop Dennis Uniforms on their website or in person. More uniform information can be found on page 6.

☐ FACTS: Verify/update contact information in FACTS. Instructions to do so can be found here. Click here for instructions on how to log in to FACTS SIS.

☐ Café Regents: Visit the Regents Lunch website to set up and/or provide funding for your account. Lunches will be available the first day of school. Click here for more information on our food service program and instructions on how to fund your account. You can also set up automatic payments for your Lunchtime account.

☐ Carpool: Please arrive at the proper time for your child. Early arrival can disrupt dismissal. Please note your carpool number can be found in FACTS SIS under Web Forms/Grammar Carpool Forms.

☐ Fees: Ensure all outstanding fees are paid through FACTS (tuition, athletics, co-curriculars).

☐ Nurse’s Office: Bring emergency medication(s) (Epi-pens, inhalers, etc.) and scheduled daily medications to the Nurse’s Office no later than the first day of school. Update shot records with the Nurse’s Office (nurse@regentsaustin. org). Students will not be allowed to start school on the first day if current records are not on file. All new students need to submit complete current shot records or hard copy notarized waivers.

☐ Returning to School after Illness: Students must be fever free without the use of fever-reducing medications before returning to school. Students must check in at the Nurse’s office upon returning.

☐ Hold List: Students will be unable to attend class if they have any outstanding items, including financial and medical information. Please contact the Business Office (finsupport@regentsaustin.org), the Nurse’s Office (nurse@ regentsaustin.org), or Melissa Kummerer, IT (mkummerer@regentsaustin.org) to resolve holds.

☐ Regents App: The Regents App will be updated to include new families by Monday, August 14.

☐ RPC Update: Read the Regents Parents Council (RPC) letter in this document for activities and volunteer information.
