Their biggest annual fundraisers are the Christmas Tree Lot and the Community Auction in April. The Young Fellows Club of Weyburn is now accepting
donations of good and services from local businesses, to be auctioned off between April 9th and 30th. The range of items is vast, ensuring that there is something for everyone. “Our club motto is “We Serve”,” explains Kurtis Schwindt, Club President. “Our events are not just about raising funds for community projects, they are also about providing services that would otherwise not be here.” In 2014, the province recognized the longstanding work and achievements of The Young Fellows Club of Weyburn, naming it one of the first four recipients

of the new Premier’s Award which was instituted to honour those organizations that have made a substantial contribution to improving life in their community. The Young Fellows Club of Weyburn currently has 25 active members and an equal number of associate members.
