Wedding Policies at Red Rock Country Club Payment Information There are certain payment dates that will be given to our Brides/Grooms on a separate sheet. 50% deposit will be required 90days before wedding date and final count and payment is due seven-days prior.

Preferred Vendor Recommendations We provide a Preferred Vendor List for your review and are compiled from a list of wedding industry professionals who have been tried and tested. These are recommendations from previous experiences with other brides and grooms. You are encouraged to research all your wedding vendors, but please be aware that there are vendors we do not work with at our venue.

Final Guarantees Final Guarantees of guests are required seven (7) days before event date. This guarantee represents your billing minimum and is not subject to reduction. If guarantee is not received, the original guest count or actual number of guests, whichever is greater, will be charged.

Sales Tax and Service Charge All of the food and beverage pricing is subject to 8.1% sales tax and 20% service charge.

Member Only Areas Red Rock Country Club is a Private Member Country Club with areas of the Club reserved for Members only including the Oasis Grill Restaurant and Palmer Lounge Bar Area. The Lounges are also open to Members the day of the wedding and to ensure their Membership privileges are not infringed upon, we ask that the Lounges are kept as tidy as possible with all items put away in the provided lockers.

Menus/Food and Beverage Details To best accommodate your wedding party, all food and beverage must be pre-ordered through Catering Office for your event(s) including the Men’s and Ladies Lounge areas during dressing. To make certain you are ready for your big day and our kitchen is prepared, we are unable to “cocktail” drinks or present lunch menus to the wedding party. To preserve the Private Club atmosphere, we cannot serve non-Members through the Members only Restaurant or Bar Areas. All menus need to be received 30-days prior to your wedding date or will be subject to availability. For pre-determined choices of entrees, Red Rock Country Club requires all entrée counts seven days prior to the wedding date, a detailed guest count per table with entrée selection, and place cards with entrée designations so our Banquet Service Department is equipped to provide seamless service. We do not offer tableside choice of entrees.

Food and Beverage Minimum This is the minimum dollar amount required to be spent to reserve function space. This amount includes food and beverage only and does not decrease if the expected attendance is not reached. The minimum depends on time, date, and season of function and is subject to sales tax and service charge.

Wedding Ceremonies Our Wedding Ceremonies are held outside on our private Event Lawn. Because of its location and close proximity to the Private Member Golf Course, you may see golfers on the course. We will make every effort to prevent them driving on the cart path during your wedding ceremony. In addition, please be aware that we cannot control natural elements such as rain, sunshine, or insects. While we regularly maintain our Event Lawn, it is possible for the lawn to be damp or for nature to exist. We do not recommend dyed shoes, as any moisture can cause color of shoes to run, stain, or change.

Cancellations If, for any reason, the client cancels the event, Red Rock Country Club will retain original deposit. If the event is within 90 days, the client will owe Red Rock Country Club 50% of the estimated charges; 60 days within event, 75% of the estimated charges, and within 30 days, and 100% of the estimated charges.

*Vendors marked are included with the wedding package*

Let’s Play 20 questions… 1.

Where is the ceremony located? What if it rains or is too windy for outside ceremony? If inclement weather occurs, we will move the ceremony indoors into the Arroyo/Sunrise Rooms, depending on the space. We will then switch the rooms over during the cocktail hour for the reception. We will try to make the decision the morning of the event to make certain your vendors have plenty of notice.

2.

Are there separate spaces for cocktail hour and dinner? Yes, typically the wedding cocktail hour takes place in the Garden Lounge and the reception is in the Arroyo Room/Sunrise Room with the pipe and drape fabric wall dividing them, which allows a physical barrier for your guests so your reception room will remain untouched before the reception.

3.

What is the size of the dance floor? Typically, our dance floor is 18’ x 20’ and is a medium oak parquet dance floor and is typically set up against the windows to allow your guests a view of the Las Vegas Strip while dancing.

4.

Where do couples do their photographs? Depending on the lighting and artistic creation of your photographers, you may take photos all around the property other than the actual golf greens and putting greens, as heels and other shoes will cause damage to our greens.

5.

Are there restrictions on decorating? We do not allow rice, birdseed, or confetti, but anything organic as rose petals, lavender, etc. is permitted. For swaging in the ceiling, all draping must be hooked on the unseen side of ledge and removed the night of the event by the décor company. We will not be able to provide ladders, hooks, or other equipment to your décor company. Any vendor who does not have measurements is encouraged to come out and view the space to ensure the correct dimensions.

6.

Where can the bride and groom get ready (or take a break)? We have the Ladies and Men’s Lounges/Locker Rooms. These areas are semi-private, as Members will still have access to these areas.

7.

Must you choose vendors from a list? If so, what vendors? Our vendor list has been complied of some of the industry’s most respected vendors. These vendors offer a wide variety of artistic creation and budgets. Any outside vendors must be approved and have insurance certificates with coverage faxed to the Catering Department.

8.

When is the Catering Department in the office? Our offices are open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. There are times that our schedules change due to our event schedules. We attempt to return all calls and emails within 24 hours, if you contact us on a day we are out of the office we will return it promptly when we return to the office.

gpfersching@redrockcc.com 702-304-5696 (Phone) 702-304-5636 (Fax) 9.

When may I host my rehearsal? We will schedule the wedding rehearsal 30 days prior to your wedding date. The rehearsal will take place the day before your actual wedding and we usually will schedule one-hour to walk through the prelude, processional, and recessional. Anyone that will be part of the ceremony should attend the wedding rehearsal and this includes flower girls and ring bearers! We want to make sure your wedding party is comfortable with us the big day!

10. Are there special golf rates or spa rates for bride and groom? Our Director of Golf, Gerry Montiel, and our Director of Spa and Fitness, Sunny Fitzgerald, will accommodate our Brides and Grooms for a golf outing or spa services. gmontiel@redrockcc.com sfitzgerald@redrockcc.com When contacting them, please copy us on the email and make sure to let them know you are a current bride and groom of RRCC, wedding date, and time! 11. Can we have an outside caterer? Normally, we do not allow outside catering or food/beverage to be brought into the Clubhouse other than wedding cake/specialty desserts. In the event that a wedding is requiring dietary/religious restrictive menus, we will consider an outside catering company for events scheduled on Sundays only. The Outside Catering Fee is $50.00 per person, excluding tax and service charge, in addition to the fee charged by your Catering Company. A minimum of a four-hour premium bar package is required for the number of guests guaranteed for dinner to consider an outside caterer. Your Caterer must be completely self-contained not requiring any use of the Club’s kitchen facilities, including hot and cold preparation areas, refrigerators, and freezers. There is also an event facility rental fee of $2500.00 in addition to the bar package, outside catering fee, and service charge. For an event to be Kosher the client must provide their own china, serving utensils, and dishes; your outside caterer will assist you with rental fees. Please inquire if you desire an entire Kosher meal to be prepared at our venue. 12. What is staff to guest ratio? What do servers wear? Depending on the size of the event and dinner service style, we will make sure that we are staffed adequately. All of our servers wear “black and whites,” which is black pants, white dress shirt, tie, and bistro aprons. Our Banquet Captain will be wearing a suit and the Catering Department will be wearing business attire.

13. What is the role of the Director of Catering/Catering Assistant versus a Wedding Planner? Catering Department The Catering Department will function as liaison between the Club’s Operations staff and Couple; Provide guidance on food and beverage selections; Review linens and conduct a table viewing, if requested; Detail Banquet Event Orders containing specific information that will be communicated successfully to the Club’s staff; Recommend Event Professionals to assist you with photography, floral and décor, Officiant, invitations, and other amenities; Create a detailed floor plan of event space for seating assignments; Provide an on-going estimate of Club related charges outlining your financial commitments and deposit schedule and ensure seamless transition to Banquet Captain on day of the event. Wedding Planners/Coordinators Wedding Planners/Coordinators will assist you with personal needs on the day of your wedding; Provide guidelines on etiquette and protocol or invitations, ceremony components, and toasts; Created a detailed timeline for our wedding day including ceremony and reception with regard to your wedding party; Organize and coordinate vendors; Be your liaison between your family, bridal party, and vendors; Receive, count, and organize your wedding gifts; and Collect any personal items you may have brought at the conclusion of the reception. Our Catering Department is very hands-on with our brides and grooms helping them navigate through the planning process, guiding them down the aisle, creating a detailed timeline for their wedding reception, and even placing favors, etc. If you would like to continue with a wedding planner, we would be happy to recommend one of our approved planners and give you a copy of our expectations of those planners. 14. What is maximum number of guests that the rooms will accommodate? The Arroyo Room can host up to 130 guests with a dance floor and buffet style dinner and 150 guests with a plated style dinner. The Arroyo/Sunrise Rooms will accommodate up to 250 guests. The clubhouse will accommodate up to 325-350 guests. 15. What linens and chairs will be provided by the Club? All of our wedding packages include floor length wedding table linens in a poly cotton blend fabric with napkins in any fabric, buffet table linens, head/sweetheart table linens, reception display linens, cake table linens, highboy cocktail table linens, which are available in more than 50 colors. All packages include chair covers with a tie/sash or chiavari chairs with colored cushion. We do offer specialty linens, i.e. pintuck, organza, dazzle, or somerset linens in our wedding package for a small additional fee and we would be happy to review swatches with you to ensure your vision is met with the least amount of upgrade costs. 16. Can we arrange a menu tasting? A menu tasting is offered for and allows you to sample the salads, accompaniments, and entrees for a fee of $75, which is added to the total of your wedding. This tasting will occur Thursdays during dinner hours, and is subject to availability. A reservation under the Bride and Groom’s names will be at the host stand in the Oasis Grill and the Catering Department will not be present to allow you an opportunity to sample your wedding meal. We will follow up with you the next day to gain your feedback and finalize menu details. The club is delighted to include up to four (4) guests including the bride and groom at the tasting. Your tasting excludes alcoholic beverages and hors d’oeuvres; however, we are pleased to add other menu items with sufficient notice. We will advise of you additional pricing.

17. How many entrée choices may we offer our guests? Your menu may offer up to two entrees, plus a vegetarian request for your guest. The Club requires utilizing response cards. If you offer a choice of entrée, your guaranteed number if each entrée should be submitted seven days prior to wedding date. An individual place card with your guests’ pre-determined entrée selection and table group list is required. It is recommended that you allow provide an alphabetical list that lists your guests’ pre-selected entrée in order to personalize the service. We cannot accommodate tableside choice of entrees. 18. Does the Club offer specialty lighting? Yes, we offer LED lights to highlight the brick/flagstone interior of the Clubhouse. We provide these lights through our outside vendor and there is an additional fee to rent those lights. 19. Does the Club provide and screen, projector, and AV equipment? The Club can rent a screen, projector, or TV/DVD player for a video montage, but we do not have an IT Department so we recommend that all testing of slideshows, DVDs take place before the wedding. We will be happy to discuss the pricing with you. 20. When are payments due? The initial deposit is due when reserving the date and room for our wedding date. A 50% deposit is due 90 days before the wedding and final payment with guest count is required seven (7) days before the wedding date. We accept major credit cards, cash, or checks made payable to Red Rock Country Club. 21. What if we want to extend the reception an additional hour(s)? To extend your reception an additional hour, it is an additional $250.00 per hour. You have the choice to extend the bar package as well, which is anywhere between $5-8 per person depending on your bar package. We will serve alcohol for five hours and our receptions must end by 1 am at the very latest. 22. Are there children’s menus? Children’s pricing for the wedding menus? We do offer children’s menus which features a very friendly child menu for $28 per child, ages 4-12 years old. If you have a young adult that is being served the adult menu, we will eliminate the bar package pricing. 23. What is the etiquette on providing a vendor meal? It is always a nice touch to make sure your vendors are fed the day/evening of your wedding considering that they will be with you most of the day. This may include, but not limited to, your DJ, Band, Photographers, Videographers, etc. We offer a vendor meal at $32 per vendor that will include a meal and non-alcoholic beverage. Please check with any contracts your vendors provide, as many of them may include that they are to receive a meal. 24. May we bring home any leftover food from the wedding? We strictly adhere to the Clark County Health District guidelines and to prevent any mishandling of the food, we will not allow any leftovers to be sent home with our couples or guests. 25. May we have snacks in the Lounges before our wedding ceremony? Yes, the Club may provide snacks and beverages in the Lounges as the wedding party is getting ready. We will not allow outside food and beverage to be brought into the Club including fruit platters, cold sandwiches, other fast food, or alcoholic beverages.

Reviews Please visit us www.weddingwire.com to read some of the reviews that we have received from our recent couples.

Wedding Planner of the Year 2010 Gina Pfersching was awarded “Wedding Planner of the Year” in 2010 by the Las Vegas Bride Awards.

Love Letters “My husband and I were just married at the Red Rock Country Club. We could not be happier with our choice to be married at the country club; it was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Gina Pfersching is absolutely amazing to work with. She was so organized and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She was very flexible with us, making it easy for us to make changes all the way up until days before the wedding. She was there every step of the way, guiding us through the wedding day events. The food was beyond delicious! The chef prepared an entire vegetarian five course meal for our vegetarian guests, which they loved! The service was wonderful. Our guests every need was tended to, making them all feel very special and taken care of. All of our guests really enjoyed the wedding and the country club. We highly recommend the Red Rock Country Club!” -Katy Mohadjer, Bride, May 2011 “We had our amazing wedding at the BEAUTIFUL Red Rock Country Club October 30, 2010. Our wedding was better than I could have dreamed. From the minute I met Gina I knew that she would make my wedding dreams come true. The months ahead of our wedding date Gina was always there to answer any questions that I had or just offer advice. The wedding planning felt seamless and stress free thanks to the expertise of Gina and Rachel. I kept checking in with Gina to make sure everything was on track and she assured me it was. I remembering

thinking this is too easy! I could not have asked for anyone better. The morning of my wedding I awoke to clouds and high winds. When I arrived at Red Rock to start my hair and makeup, Gina had a smile on her face and assured me everything would be ok. Throughout the morning her and Randi, our florist, would come in to update me about the weather. Both of them remained calm with the same positive outlook. A hour before the wedding the clouds had parted and it was beautiful however the wind was still slightly blowing. They had come up with some backup options of how to do with the wind for the ceremony. Together we came up with a great plan to deal with the wind and still have my vision. Right as I walked down the aisle the wind stopped. It ended up being the most breathtaking day! After the ceremony and my pictures were down Gina brought me in the women’s lounge to freshen up before our big entrance into the reception. I remember thinking what wedding planner would have helped me freshen up and bustle my gown. It meant so much to me how much time she took out for me. At the reception everything from the food, to the service, to the beautiful décor was everything I wanted and so much more. I could not have asked for a better place to have our amazing wedding. Still to do this day I want to do it all over again and would do it at RRCC again. Our wedding day was such a special day and I feel so lucky we had such an amazing venue and great people to work with. We look forward to celebrating our future anniversaries at the special Red Rock Country Club. Thank you Gina, Rachel, and RRCC staff for making our wedding day one of the best days of our life!” -Lauren Peck, Bride, October 2010
