10th Annual Presentation of Holiday Wreaths West River Health Care Center 245 Orange Avenue, Milford Public Preview Reception December 3, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Other viewing times: Monday Friday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; weekends 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Over 100 wreaths capturing the beauty of the season will adorn the hallways of the Center, made by many community members who donate their talents and time decorating the wreaths. All the wreaths will be raffled off December 19. Tickets may be purchased at the Preview Reception up until December 18. All sales go to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Milford.

Annual Celebration of Trees Milford Hospital 300 Seaside Avenue Milford Hospital Auxiliary is sponsoring its annual Celebration of Trees. Opening on Saturday, December 29th with Kids Day

including breakfast with Santa, a magician, face painting, and other activities. The Celebration of Trees includes themed decorated trees, wreaths, and baskets. Tree of Light ceremony on December 5th; bake sale on December 8th followed by raffle drawing at 4:00 p.m.; weekends will feature entertainment from local choirs and schools.

MHS Country Store 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Milford Historical Society 34 High Street, Milford The Country Store will be open for Christmas shopping on Sunday, November 30, Saturday & Sunday December 6, 7, 14 and 20. The store offers book, candy, toys, maps, and all kinds of stocking stuffers for children and adults.
There will also be a bake sale and teacup raffle. The New Year will begin at a 12th Night Festival on Saturday, January 11, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. More info at milfordhistoricalsociety.org.
