Doug feels blessed to have lived and provided real estate services in Crested Butte for 36 years. Starting Red Lady Realty in 1978, Doug has vast knowledge of real estate in the valley. Doug Kroft Born on a ranch in Broker Owner, GRI, CNE western S Dakota, 970-209-0373 he earned his B.S.– Biology degree from Dickinson State U in N Dakota; and M.S.-Counseling from U-Montana at Missoula. The next 12 years he worked abroad for the Dept. of Defense Dependent school system, living in Korea, Germany, Belgium, England, Bahrain and Holland. Doug has a strong environmental ethic and serves on the 1% for Open Space Board. He has a small ranch where he nurtures his life-long love of horses. Other hobbies include skiing, fishing and travelling.  He loves the mountains and our Western heritage; and is willing to share his broad experience to help others realize their dreams.

Steve is a native of Portland, Oregon, and a graduate of Gonzaga University. University. Achieving the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army after graduation, Steve was in Private business until earning his real estate license in 1969. Steve has Steve Meredith owned his own real Broker Associate estate company and 970-765-1611 has taught numerous training classes. He was President & Realtor of the Year for the largest board of realtors in Oregon. He moved to Crested Butte in 1988 and has enjoyed a successful career here. Steve lives in Mt. Crested Butte and is extremely knowledgeable of the area. Steve and his wife, Judy, have horses and spend many hours riding in the mountains surrounding the Crested Butte area.

In 1987, Maggie relocated to the mountains of Crested Butte, CO from Winnetka, IL where she was born and raised. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, a winter of skiing was the plan Maggie Dethloff Broker Associate, CNE, RSPS. E-PRO that evolved into a lifetime of mountain 970-209–7880 living.  Providing a comprehensive overview of the local real estate market with a personal touch is Maggie’s expertise. Being a top producing realtor in the Crested Butte market, Maggie is able to navigate the ins and outs of real estate. Joe has lived in the Crested Butte Area since 1972 and is one of the rare individuals that attended preschool through high school in the valley and continues to remain.
