WELCOME Welcome to our latest Formats catalog New from Red Arrow this season is ‘How to Become Superhuman’, a high-stakes format from Snowman Productions for Discovery in Denmark. The show challenges a group of ordinary celebrities to untap their hidden superpowers before facing the ultimate test: to scale one of the world’s highest and most challenging mountains, wearing as little clothing as possible. A new take on the adventure format genre, it’s a show full of energy, drama and challenges – both physical and mental. Also new this season is the reality format ‘Dieting with My Dog’. A weight loss show with a difference, it sees overweight owners and their pudgy pets join forces to try to shed the pounds together. Produced by Redseven Entertainment for SAT.1 in Germany, it’s an aspirational, feelgood series that plays on that special relationship between man and his canine best friend.

Also available is new gameshow format ‘Pulse!’, an innovative new challenge format in which the team that best controls their heartbeat across several rounds, wins the show. DIETING WITH MY DOG The new reality format that sees overweight owners and their pudgy pets join forces to lose weight together A weight loss show with a twist – it brings together one of the world’s favorite pets, with an aspirational, feelgood dieting format Full of emotion, successes and failures, and deeply personal stories, it’s about that special relationship an owner has with their dog Dogs and their owners often look alike – and this goes for their figures too. If an owner enjoys food and can’t resist their pet’s pleading eyes every time they eat, chances are that both will be overweight and unhealthy. ‘Dieting with my Dog’ challenges five owners and their four-legged friends to put painful joints, high blood pressure and diabetes behind them, and have fun getting fit together. After medical checks, the pairs embark on a series of educational but fun tasks, challenges and games to improve their diet and exercise regimes. The owners learn how to prepare healthy food and improve their swimming techniques, while their pets are encouraged to tackle obstacle courses and retrieve balls. Packed full of useful tips, the activities are overseen by a professional dog trainer and a fitness expert. The host monitors each pair’s progress at regular weigh-ins and, at the end of the series, the duo that has shed the most kilos wins a ‘Golden Bone’, a luxury wellness break and a cash prize. A young ballerina is found hanged on the main stage of a theatre. But what at first appears to be suicide, soon spirals into a twisted web of manipulation and murder.

A refugee from Kosovo is murdered, a young doctor is killed with a bow and arrow whilst out canoeing, and a young woman is found dead in a barn with a horse and a pitchfork beside her. For Logi, a washed-up lawyer, uncovering the truth behind the girl’s death is his chance at redemption. For Brynhildur, Logi’s friend and fellow lawyer, the death falls even closer to home, as an event from her past links her to the victim’s family. And dedicated but destructive detective Gabriella becomes obsessive in her hunt for the killer, putting her at odds with her superiors and her partner.

Recently qualified, Bea is the new music and maths teacher at her old high school. On her first day she bumps into fellow teacher Michael, who instantly falls head over heels in love with her. But not all of her colleagues welcome Bea with open arms, including the deputy principal and the PE teacher. When Bea decides to resurrect the once successful Music Club and choir, much rivalry ensues with the school’s successful volleyball team.
