Tumbleweed Music Festival The 23rd annual Tumbleweed Music Festival begins Friday evening with a free concert. Saturday and Sunday will be filled with free acoustic music. Enjoy performances on five outdoor stages, an open mic stage as well as food and craft vendors, free workshops including dance, songwriting, singing, playing, performance tips and more. RSA Educational Presentation: Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Robin Traveller, Community Advocate at Tilikum Tri-Cities, in partnership with the Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Olympia, discusses achievement of personal hearing improvement goals, including available client services, a telephone distribution program, assistive listening systems at venues, and family hearing loss communication issue solutions and coping skills. Pop-Up Play Days Ages 5-13. The City of Richland Parks and Recreation and the Manhattan Project National Historical Park, Hanford Unit are hosting a series of free, public park Pop-Up Play Days throughout the summer. Kids who attend five or more Junior Ranger Pop-Up Play Days and complete five or more activities in the passport will receive a unique junior ranger patch. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
