Stretch & Tone Get your body toned, slim, and beach ready this summer. The 45 minute Stretch & Tone class will take you through a combintation of toning and core strength exercises incorporating resistance tubing and abdominal work. Total Conditioning Give your body all the work it needs, and then some! Total Conditioning is a 45 minute class aimed at improving overall fitness by burning caloires, reducing fat, and strengthening and toning muscle.
