This is a single family residence that has the capacity to house four residents, located in an area of 2250m Â˛ in Taiba, Ceara, with the length 50m and width of 45m. With the study of the land related to its location, we direct the construction so that the environments prolonged residence stay on the side of lower solar incidence (East) and also where there is good ventilation (Southeast). To solve the problem of solar incidence in some rooms, double walls and environments of transient permanence were put to the front so as to avoid the rays. To the north, there were positioned the balconies, to provide a view of the beach of Taiba, and the social access of residence.

Project for a primary school. The building's shape was designed in order to create a protected inner area, free from outside. It was placed in such a way that it could receive the winds in a privileged manner. Also, formal emphasis on the entrance patio to call attention to it.
