founder Steve Killelea and now we will have the Fair trade USA’ CEO Paul Rice among us!

Paul will speak about his journey as a young person to understand and acting for the purpose of solidarity with others. How did this journey lead Paul to his Fair Trade work and desire for social change ? Find out more at his workshop and talk at the SOLES auditorium at 13:30 PM on Feb 23rd. Fair Trade USA is one of the largest fair trade certifying organizations and as an Ashoka Fellow Paul is excited to come to USD and build a bridge with an Ashoka Changemaker Campus.

Upcoming Consulting Workshop with Gloria Sandvik: Feb 24th

Objectives :

Gloria Sandvik of Sandvik and Associates and a CPC Board member , has designed a short course to introduce students to providing consulting services. This workshop is designed to introduce future consultants to the key practices. Thank you Public Relations team for making this happen for us !

1. Assess opportunities and challenges 2. Explore the role of the consultant and to examine the competencies and skills that are critical to consultants. 3. Review and experience the few of the tools and their application. 4. Discuss the new and evolving area of social enterprise
