Modules in food biochemistry and food quality and integrity will prepare you for a role in technical management, whilst modules in processing operations and current issues in food technology will give you the skills to succeed in a production management environment. You’ll complete an honours research project focusing on your chosen specialism, all designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to progress into a career within food industry management.
