Happy Thanksgiving “Around the Sound” from the Mark Middleton and Brenda Prowse Team. We truly hope you are able to enjoy this time with your family and friends in this great area we call the Puget Sound. As hearts and home turn inward it traditionally slows down during the holidays however the market numbers are up significantly with 60% growth in the number of homes that went under contract or ‘Pending’ during October 2013 compared to last October. Homes that sold and closed (Purchasers moved in!) was up double digits both over the last year and last month so October proved to be another busy month of transactions. The “Mark Middleton” predictions for 2014 will be coming out next month so you’ll want to watch for that. Needless to say, “I’m thankful for the many clients that have chosen to work with us”.
