A team is similar to any normal group of friends, except in a team, everyone has a common goal to achieve. Because all people are different, it is important in teams to manage diversity. Sometimes diversity can be a good thing for your team, and it can also be a bad thing. To be a good team, everyone must work together to appreciate the differences in your team members. By understanding how a team works better, you will be able to have more fun and achieve harder goals with your team members. Also, if you understand what type of skills people have, it will be easier to pick a suitable team for you. When a team has a balanced range of skills, it has the best opportunity to being successful.

WHICH TEAM MEMBER ARE YOU? It has been discovered that a successful team does not happen by accident. If a team functions well, it is more likely that they will achieve their goals. There are different roles that a team member will play to have a successful team. The three different roles that a team member can be are: The Worker, The Helper or The Distractor. Take this quiz to find out which team member you are!
