The thought of siting the electronics plant in Detroit is depressing. I loathe Detroit; it holds nothing but bad memories for me. Memories I do my damnedest to forget. They surface, mainly at night, to remind me of what I am and where I came from. But Michigan is offering excellent tax incentives. It’s hard to ignore what they are proposing in this report.
