Reading Museum Hands on Learning for Schools

SUMMER 2018 EVENTS

Reading Museum offers a wide range of learning opportunities for school children. Our Schools Loans Service provides hundreds of boxes containing real objects for classroom use. These dynamic and engaging resources help enhance and develop children’s learning and understanding. We have a wide range of creative and interactive educational sessions on offer in the museum, ranging from prehistory to the Victorian era. Theatre For many children a visit to the theatre with their school is the first chance they have to experience a live theatre performance. The Hexagon has a strong reputation for delivering high quality shows, including many fantastic pantomimes over the years.
