Longganisa and Caramelized Onions FOR A 10-INCH PIZZA:

¼ cup tomato pizza sauce ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese 250 grams Vigan longganisa, casings removed, crumbled, then cooked through ¼ cup caramelized onions (1 cup thinly sliced white onions cooked slowly over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until dark brown)

Roasted bell peppers and thyme or oregano
