There’s nothing funny about comic Joel’s ripped bod

I’M A CELEB IS SHAPING UP NICELY! A terrified reality star screaming “chicken kebab” while rats scurry madly over her face… A ripped soap actor weeping like a terrified baby as tiny spiders hop about happily around him… A national treasure gagging violently as she tries to gobble up some hairy camel nipples… Yes, it can mean only one thing – I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is in full and merry swing! And it’s not just the wacky and, frankly, disgusting Bushtucker Trials that have kept us gripped. We’ve also been impressed by the celebs’ willingness to get their kit off at the drop of a (cork) hat. It certainly didn’t take TV presenter and model Lisa Snowdon long to strip down to her bikini and show off her impressive bod, while comedian Joel Dommett revealed that he’s been hiding a staggering six-pack underneath his jungle uniform! No wonder Carol Vorderman’s taken an interest in the funnyman. We know your game, Carol! Oh, and while we’re on the subject of taking an interest in handsome men, is it wrong that we’ve developed an unexpected crush on Larry Lamb?! Don’t answer that. Mark and Michelle will have to get used to a long-distance relationship again

WHY MARCHELLE ARE FACING THE IR TOUGHEST CHALLENGE YET As they look set to spend 2017 living apart, Mark and Michelle fear history is about to repeat itself… he’s spent most of the year hitting back at stories her marriage was in trouble, but Michelle Keegan looks set for more of the same in 2017, following reports she’s to spend eight months in South Africa living away from hubby Mark Wright. Michelle, 29, will be leaving to film the third series of hit BBC drama Our Girl in March – the same show that kept her abroad for three months earlier this year. And according to sources, the

actress is planning on renting a flat while she’s out there so she can settle in properly. An insider revealed, “Michelle has asked her friends in Cape Town to start looking for a modern, airy flat. The producers have warned that filming could take as long as eight months, so she doesn’t want to be stuck in hotels like she was during the second series.” But despite her imminent absence, she’s not spending extra time at home – far from it. Last week, she made it clear her

career was her priority when she jetted to Los Angeles for a business meeting with her Lipsy clothing line, which meant more precious time away from Mark – despite saying just days earlier how much she loved being at home with him post-Our Girl. She told reporters, “It’s great to be spending time together and having some normality back. We’re eating takeaways and enjoying lie-ins.” But clearly the lure of LA proved too much and ambitious Michelle was soon back on a plane. Writing in her weekly blog, she said, “During my few days in LA I will be doing a really cool photo shoot and having a couple of meetings. Can’t say any more than that I’m afraid!” She later posted a photo of herself enjoying the sunshine and captioned it, “LA vibes.” Michelle’s jaunt to California is likely to be yet another bone of contention for the pair, especially as Mark’s dream of cracking Hollywood has NEW-MAGAZINE.CO.UK

Instead, he’s made do with his weekly radio programme and hosting award-winning children’s show The Dengineers, and he’ll be hoping to stay busy when Michelle leaves for South Africa, working on projects such as spin-off show Take Me Out: The Gossip. His wife’s forthcoming trip to Cape Town will come as a huge blow to Mark, 29, who spoke out in May about just how much he struggled with Michelle’s

However, awkwardly for Mark, Michelle openly admitted to loving the experience so much, she “had no time to miss home”. As a result of Michelle’s comments and the length of time they spent apart, there were numerous reports that the pair’s one-year marriage was in trouble – particularly when Michelle was pictured more than once without her wedding ring, which she said was due to filming commitments. Although she denied they were having problems, Michelle did admit after Our Girl was finished that she and Mark needed to spend some quality time together, which they managed to do on a three-day trip to Mallorca in August. “I have been so busy and Mark has been so busy,” she said. “It was so nice to have each other’s undivided attention and not to have to plan anything. It wasn’t like, ‘I need to be up for filming,’ or, ‘I need to do the radio.’ It was just downtime.”

‘I’m not jealous of the guys in camp’ O

la Jordan wowed viewers when she conquered her fear of creepycrawlies during the first I’m A Celebrity Bushtucker Trial last week. Alongside Scarlett Moffatt, Sam Quek and Jordan Banjo, the former Strictly pro dancer survived being covered in 120,000 rats, cockroaches, meal worms, crickets and spiders for ten minutes. Well done, Ola! One person who was seriously impressed was Ola’s hubby James. “Her little legs were shaking,” fellow dancer James laughs when he chats to new! the morning after the trial. “I thought she was going to do the jive at one point!” James, 38, will soon be jetting ddown under to support his wife aand he tells us he can’t wait to pamper himself in the luxurious pa Versace Hotel while watching V Ola, 34, “eat cock”. Charming! But before he goes, we quiz him on Ola’s body insecurities and how he feels about the camp’s single men eyeing her up in her bikini… Are you enjoying watching Ola? Oh my God! It’s so different when O yyou’ve got a loved one in there. I’m quite protective of her and when I can see she’s absolutely petrified it’s hard to watch. pe She did well in her first trial… Sh She did great but she was truly petrified, which was why she wasn’t screaming and getting

involved with the singing. Her shoulders were up round her ears and her little legs were kicking, so I knew she was trying to zone herself out. I was so proud of her though. I got a bit tearful watching her. What would she have been thinking about? Hopefully that I was there with her telling her she could do it. When she’s down or worried about something I always tell her to stick with it. Being the protective husband I am, whenever she’s been in an awkward situation I’ve always taken over – but I couldn’t this time. What will she find hardest about being in the jungle? She’ll find any controversy tough. And she can’t swim, so that’s a big fear. How will she cope with eating things like kangaroo penis? I don’t know. I’m a bit worried she might like it!

She says she’s not confident about her body… She’s not! She comes across as very confident but she’s a down-to-earth, timid girl. Why is she insecure about it? She’s always suffered with her weight. She can look at food and put on weight, whereas I’ve got a very fast metabolism. If she ate what I ate she’d balloon. Did she struggle with her weight while doing Strictly? She always said it was a fight for her to get down to a certain weight so she didn’t look like one of the chubby dancers on the show. What does she hate most about her body? For the past ten years, she’s suffered with severe acne, so she’s very selfconscious of the scarring on her face and how she looks. It has affected her a lot emotionally. She’s not confident about her body

Was she worried about going into the jungle make-up free? Yeah. Before she went in she told me it was the thing she was most worried about. She also took her hair extensions out because she wanted the public to see the real her and I admire her for that. Do you hope this will make her more confident about her looks? I do. I think she will come to realise she’s a lot stronger than she thinks she is. How does she look after her body? She’s been on a diet for the past 17 years – apart from when she hurt herself on The Jump and she ate what she wanted and put on a lot of weight. But she regularly goes to the gym. I’m not taking anything away from the girls on Strictly, but a lot of them are naturally thin and Ola is one of those people who has always struggled with her weight. A lot of celebrities lose weight in the jungle. Is she hoping to? Oh, she’d love that! But sometimes she’ll go on a diet for four weeks and not lose any weight, so she said to me she might be the first person in the show’s history to come out not having lost any weight!

‘Sometimes she’ll diet for four weeks and not lose weight’ Scotty T tweeted that when Ola comes on screen, so does he! I thought it was a funny tweet and something I’d say. He wasn’t mugging me off. I’m actually jealous I didn’t come up with it! Do you ever get jealous? Ola did Strictly for ten years and trained with good-looking guys for eight hours a day. If I were jealous, it would have been then – not now. Not in the slightest am I jealous of any of the guys in the camp. She’s going to get close to them – like I did with Stephanie Pratt in the Big Brother house – but it doesn’t mean you want to jump into bed with them. So you don’t mind the guys eyeing her up in her bikini? I’d take it as a compliment because she’s mine and she’s beautiful. I love and trust her. What do you miss most about her? Apart from the obvious? [Laughs] Just being around her. She’s my best friend. Are you watching Strictly? Yes, we love it. It’s a good line-up but Ed Balls has made the show! Who do you think is the best? Danny Mac is the best dancer Strictly has ever seen. Karmel Doughty

dam Thomas and his big brother, Ryan, have graced our TV screens for years – Adam in Emmerdale and Ryan in Coronation Street. But it seems it was Adam’s twin brother Scott’s stint on Love Island earlier this year that Is inspired the actor to join this in series of reality show I’m A Celeb. se And seeing as they’re twins, we figured that Scott would be the perfect person to chat to th about how Adam’s getting on. While Scott, 28, thinks his brother is the most laid-back person ever, he admits he is competitive. “He’s got to be with us two for brothers,” he laughs. Joking aside, Adam’s left more tthan just his two brothers behind. There’s also his fiancée Caroline Th Daly and their two-year-old son, D Teddy. And here, Scott tells Te new! why Adam and Caroline ne are the “fairy-tale family” and why she won’t be worried about his flirtations with Ola…

Brothers Scott, Adam and Ryan are “very competitive”

Hi Scott! What’s it like seeing Adam in the jungle? It’s just surreal. We’re twin brothers and it’s weird we’ve both done reality shows this year. Love Island was the first time I’ve been on TV, and then Adam told me he’s doing I’m A Celeb! Maybe you doing Love Island spurred Adam on… Maybe, yeah. It’s not a competition, but Adam got really drawn into Love Island. I think him seeing me on the show might have given him the confidence to take himself out of his comfort zone. I was really dubious about doing Love Island but Adam was like, “Just do it, you only live once.” I think he thought he had to take his own advice, basically. What was it like growing up as a twin? We didn’t get on as well as we do now. We had to share everything, so

Adam is “too determined” to quit the jungle

it was just a bit annoying as a kid. But we always had each other’s backs. At what point do you think your relationship changed? It’s hard for twins, because you want to create your own identity. We were all competitive siblings, but now we’re literally best mates. My brothers have always looked after me, even though I’ve always been the one who wasn’t on TV. What does Ryan think of Adam going on the show? Ryan’s buzzing because Adam’s not going to let himself down or anything like that. I think he

thought, “If Scott can come across well, Adam definitely can!” How much will Adam miss his son, Teddy? Oh my God, so much. Adam is the most amazing dad I’ve ever seen – both my brothers are unbelievable dads. Adam’s so close to his son. He’ll be missing him like mad. Teddy is only two years old. Does he get what’s going on? Well, you try and tell him, but it’s not easy to explain. The other day, Caroline put a video on Facebook of Teddy going, “Daddy! Daddy!” when he saw him in the jungle.

Adam’s dramatic body transformation revealed

Our exclusive pics prove Adam’s been training hard! His personal trainer Simon Booth reveals he’s out to win the show…

s if the idea of facing his worst fears wasn’t enough, Adam decided to put himself through an intensive ten-week fitness programme ahead of his trip to Australia – and by the looks of new!’s exclusive photos, all those gruelling hours in the gym have certainly paid off! And while we can’t help but admire Adam’s amazing new six-pack, his Manchester-based personal trainer and online coach, Simon Booth, tells us his efforts are down to him wanting to win the jungle crown rather than looking good on camera. He told us, “Adam’s the least vain person. He came to me because he wanted to be prepared for the challenges, and he wants to make it to the end. If he does a challenge and doesn’t get ten stars, he won’t be happy. And he’ll be gutted if he doesn’t win the show. He’s a sore loser.” Adam’s managed to shed a whopping 4kg over the past ten weeks with HIIT and strength training. But Simon admits the Emmerdale actor’s journey has been gradual. “He wasn’t fit when we first started training together. We’ve got an 800m block around the gym and he didn’t look comfortable even running one lap. But by the time he left for Australia he was doing sprints with a weight jacket on,” he explained. Simon also revealed Adam won’t have a problem when it comes to surviving on the camp’s dreaded rice-and-beans diet. “We put him in a controlled calorie deficit before he flew out to get him used to how much he’ll be eating out there,” he said. “He knows he’s going to lose weight but he’s not bothered because he’ll pile it back on at Christmas when he’s back. And he’ll be straight back in the gym with me ahead of his wedding. He’s the perfect client – he just wants to be as strong and fit as he can.” Zara Zubeidi

icky Pattison was seeking comfort in the arms of her new man last week, after efforts to reinvent herself as a credible television presenter fell flat. As fans branded her hosting skills on the I’m A Celeb spin-off show “awful”, her latest squeeze, long-term pal John Noble, flew out with her mum from Newcastle to be by her side and provide a much-needed shoulder to cry on. Vicky, 29, who admitted she was finding her new gig “nerve-wracking” came under fire from Extra Camp viewers who accused her of sounding forced and said she was putting them off watching. ‘Carol’s face looks unnatural’ As Carol’s new look shocks jungle viewers, new! seeks out a professional opinion

a toad last week – yes, you did read that correctly – many viewers expressed shock at her face, with one saying, “Don’t even try to tell me Carol Vorderman hasn’t had any work done. Her face looks like it’s melting.” Mark Norfolk, clinical director at Transform, told new!, “The first thing to strike me about Carol is her overfilled cheeks. In my opinion, she’s had far too much product injected and she’s starting to look like a caricature of herself. Add to this her super-smooth, line-free forehead, which are telltale signs of regular Botox use.” He continued, “It’s unnatural for a woman of Carol’s age to

be virtually line-free. There’s very limited movement in her face. She needs to avoid having so much product injected and to leave enough time in between her treatments. This

way, she will achieve a more natural look.” The former Countdown star has never admitted or denied having surgery. However, in 2012 she said she wouldn’t rule it out. “I don’t think I’d ever have cosmetic surgery but who knows what I’ll think in 15 years’ time? I know a lot of people who’ve had facelifts and look fantastic and they say the key is to have it done before you need it!” Carol, who has two children, Katie, 24, and Cameron, 19, has put her youthful appearance down to three things – regular detoxing, vitamin supplements and spending more time on her beauty regime.

Scarlett’S facial paralySiS battle

Scarlett’s condition hasn’t put her off having cosmetic procedures

Scarlett Moffatt’s razor-sharp wit on the Gogglebox sofa has made her one of our favourite reality TV stars, so it’s really no surprise she’s tipped to be crowned this year’s I’m A Celebrity winner. But behind her jokes and giggles, she’s been battling Bell’s palsy for the past 15 years. And last Thursday night, viewers saw her ruled out of a Bushtucker Trial because of it. Speaking about her facial paralysis, which she was diagnosed with at the age of 11 after being knocked over by a car, she said, “I can’t close my left

She has already admitted to being “addicted” to lip fillers and having a full set of veneers fitted at 18 after smashing her teeth. However, Harley Street aesthetics doctor Dr Vincent told new! he believes she may have had more procedures. He said, “Scarlett’s neck and jaw are tighter than before. While her dramatic weight loss can contribute, it does look like she’s had Botox and radio frequency to tighten further. Her forehead is incredibly taut with slight lumps.”

So I had to learn how to put all my energy into something positive and healthy for me, which is how I fell in love with working out. It’s not about a weight number, it’s about how you feel.” But Khloé’s loyal fans were concerned she may have taken her weight loss to the extreme. Khloé, 32, posted a picture of herself wearing a waist trainer that highlighted her tiny frame in the same week she promoted her latest TV project, Revenge Body With Khloé Kardashian, which sees contestants changing their body as payback to their haters. Where’s Kim’s bum gone?

Fans speculate why the star’s derrière appears to be decreasing in size…

PHOTOS: Planet Photos,

fter weeks of keeping a low profile following her terrifying robbery in Paris at the start of October, Kim Kardashian reappeared on social media with a bang last week, dressed up as Princess Jasmine. However, after seeing the latest snaps of the star, which were posted on her website by her brother Rob, fans were quick to notice that her famous curves have all but disappeared. “Her bottom is looking smaller,” wrote one fan, while another accused the 36 year old of taking time out from fame to have her rumoured bum implants removed, saying, “She was out of the spotlight due to plastic surgery and recovery, look at her rear!” But Mark Norfolk, clinical director at Transform cosmetic group, told new! he reckons the stressed star’s smaller frame is purely down to weight loss. He said, “It looks like she’s lost weight all over – not just from her bottom. This is what’s making her bum look much smaller than in previous images.” Despite the snaps getting everyone talking about Kim again, Rob was keen to highlight that mum-of-two Kim was merely dressing up to entertain her young children, North, three, and 11-month-old Saint, who were also in fancy dress. The 29 year old said of his sister, who is believed to be still traumatised by the shocking events in Paris, “Now you know Kim loves Halloween. She couldn’t disappoint North once she found a Princess Jasmine costume from back in the day. “North is crazy into Princess Jasmine right now. So being the good mommy she is, Kim wore her old Princess Jasmine costume to match North!” Days later, Kim’s best pal Steph Sheppard posted photos of the star in a similarly revealing purple outfit, which she apparently wore because North, whose favourite colour is purple, “really wanted her to try it on”. We’re just glad to see that Kim’s got a smile back on her face at least!

Angels under They might be the hottest girls in the business but could the pressure of being a Victoria’s Secret model be too much to handle for Kendall, Gigi and Bella?

he hotly anticipated Victoria’s Secret show is just a week away and as models Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and newcomer Bella Hadid prepare to hit the catwalk, it’s clear they’re starting to feel the pressure. Given that the televised underwear show was watched by 6.6 million people in the US last year, we’re not surprised! Current VS Angel Alessandra Ambrosio, 35, recently spoke out about the immense pressure there is on the girls to look a certain way before they walk down the runway. “It’s so stressful before the show,” she said. “There’s so much pressure on us all – not just in terms of shape. The energy gets sucked out of you.”

In order to be a model for the brand, you need to be 5ft 9in, have a 24in waist and have no more than 18 per cent body fat. VS creative director Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou admits it’s a tall order and said of the girls, “It’s like being an Olympian – they have to be in peak condition.” Former Angel Adriana Lima shockingly revealed that for 12 hours before a show there’s “no liquids at all so you dry out”, adding, “Sometimes you can lose up to 8lbs just from that.” Yikes! From shocking weight loss to battles with anxiety, we take a look at how the supermodels of the moment are all showing the strain in the run-up to the biggest show of the year…

Bella Hadid made no (Victoria’s) secret of how desperate she was to be included in the line-up for this year’s runway show. And after finally bagging a spot, the 20 year old has been totally focused on achieving the perfect body. But fans claimed she’d gone too far last week after she posted a series of pictures of herself online looking painfully thin, prompting one of her followers to ask, “Is it just me or is Bella Hadid wayyy too skinny?” Gigi’s younger sister hit back at the criticism insisting she “didn’t mean to lose so much weight” and said, “Like I want boobs. I want my ass back.” Perhaps one of the reasons for her dramatic weight loss is the breakdown of her relationship with The Weeknd, who she was with for 18 months.

Despite her previous claims that she was madly in love with the 26-year-old rapper, a source said their workloads were to blame for their split. “Their schedules have been too hard to coordinate and he is focusing on finishing and promoting his album,” said an insider. “They still have a great deal of love for one another and will remain friends.” Unfortunately for Bella, who is left constantly exhausted by her ongoing battle with Lyme disease, her ex is performing at the catwalk show in Paris, so it’s inevitable that she’ll bump into him. Awkward!

GiGi branded a ‘hypocrite’

Gigi has a lot on her plate

Gigi Hadid has admitted in the past that her weight fluctuates in line with her workload, so if her almost skeletal frame is anything to go by, she must have a lot on her plate right now. As well as preparing for the most talked-about fashion show of the year, Gigi, 21, has also been busy designing her collection TommyXGigi with Tommy Hilfiger, which launched recently. But despite working together on the collection, a humiliated Gigi was fat-shamed at the designer’s 2015 show when his casting director described her as not being “as thin or tall” as the other models and she was forced to walk the runway in an oversized poncho. Ouch! If anyone’s wondering why she’s lost so much weight in the last year, there’s your answer! Gigi has also had to contend with criticism from her own fans, who branded her “a hypocrite” when she showed support for Donald Trump following the election result, telling her fans to “give him a chance” despite backing Boyfriend Zayn Hillary Clinton during her suffers from presidential campaign. anxiety

Sad Danny’s secret heartache The Strictly sensation fights back tears after heavily hinting his dad is unwell

anny Mac has been lighting up the Strictly dance floor with his fancy footwork and charismatic personality, but away from the glitz and glamour the actor is battling a secret heartache. Following his “killer” Argentine tango with partner Oti Mabuse,

Their Argentine tango scored 38 out of 40

Danny, 28, dedicated the dance to his father, admitting it had been a “tough week”. He told host Claudia Winkleman, “Oti’s held my hand throughout a very tough week for me, so that one was for my dad.” After scoring an impressive 38 out of 40 from the judges, the former soap hunk, who’s engaged to fellow ex-Hollyoaks actress Carley Stenson, struggled to control his emotions as Oti wiped away a tear. Clearly aware of Danny’s personal circumstances, Claudia asked the remaining celebrities and professionals to “look after him”. Later that night, Danny took to Twitter to thank his fans and well-wishers for getting him through week eight. He wrote, “An amazing AMAZING night. I’ve had a tough week personally but I really appreciate all your support. It means the world to me.” The following day, he addressed his plight for a third time, saying, “Personally you guys have carried me through more than just a dancing competition this

You weren’t as smiley as usual but hopefully things get better personally.” Another added, “Sending you loving thoughts and wish you a positive outcome whatever your personal concerns are regarding your Dad.” Last year, Danny revealed it was his dad who pushed him to fulfil his dreams of becoming a performer. He said, “I always

wanted to go to a kids’ drama school but I never really had the guts to take myself. Fortunately, my dad took me out one day and let me sit in a local drama school and watch.” He continued, “He didn’t say I had to go or had to do this, but I think he knew if I saw it I’d say, ‘I want to join in.’ So we watched them all for the day and came home and chatted about it and then I made the decision to go.” We’re sure you’re making your dad very proud, Danny!

‘I worry Claudia will get injured!’ Strictly pro AJ Pritchard reveals what it’s like dancing with gymnast Claudia Fragapane…

Hi AJ, how’s training going? Amazingly! We’ve got a couple of tricks in the jive, which is always fun. Claudia brilliantly manages to do a flip, turn 360 degrees and land on her feet. It gave me a heart attack when I saw it. Normally the pro dancers are the ones impressing – is she shocking you with her moves? I get really scared when I see her do those flippy flips, or someone else flipping her! It’s nerve-wracking being with Claudia. I worry she’ll get injured.

AJ and Chloe made it to the BGT semis in 2013

Claudia’s flexibility has left AJ amazed

How did you feel about Len’s cutting comment about you “overpowering” Claudia? It’s great to have comments. We take them on board 100 per cent. How does the panel compare to the BGT judges? With Len, he sees us every week. He sees us working, improving and Claudia becoming a better, more rounded dancer. Simon Cowell was obviously a great guy, but he saw us twice. I prefer Len to Simon – he’s a true ballroom and Latin legend! You and Chloe are the youngest pro dancers ever on Strictly – were you nervous? Yes, I’m very young and I’ve got a lot to prove. But having such a good partner has allowed me to do so much more than I ever expected in my first year. You and Claudia get on very well. Is there any spark of romance?! We’re just very good friends. If we weren’t good friends, we wouldn’t have been able to spend 11 hours a day in the studio nearly every single day. Were you offended when she said she didn’t fancy you? I don’t believe she ever said that!! But no, not offended. Since being on the show, have you discovered that celebrities are divas? I wouldn’t know a thing about that! Claudia just bought my breakfast – a chocolate croissant. She’s the best partner ever.

He says Claudia is the “best partner ever”

Is it frustrating he’s stayed in when better dancers have left? Not at all. Ed is without doubt giving 100 per cent. He’s sweating his guts out. He’s lost a lot of weight, we can all see it in the studio. He’s training just as hard as everybody else. Who do you think are the favourites to win? Well, that Claudia Fragapane is doing extremely well. And that partner of hers… I can’t wait to see what they’ll do in the final! Is it nice making lots of new fans? It’s always nice being told you’re fancied. It’s nice to get all those love hearts and Instagram photos, that’s the best. I’ve got a lot of young fans and that’s always nice. What about fan mail from the older ladies? My mum loves me very much. She tells me every single week!

There are no divas?! They’re all gorgeous! It’s Greg and Ore’s birthday tonight, so we’re going to have a birthday meal. Then, when Ed gets here, we’re going out for another party. So you’re partying all the time? Don’t you worry, we’ve done our training first. Claudia is sweating every single day. We don’t go partying if we haven’t done 11 hours of training. And we’re only partying in the hotel… because of the Blackpool weather. And I’m not a drinker – I stick to Coca-Cola. How do you feel about Ed Balls’ success? Ed is a great guy. He’s learning every day and he’s so humble. Katya’s done amazing choreography and their dances have been, er… Ed’s giving it his all unforgettable.

f there’s one thing AJ Pritchard isn’t short of, it’s confidence! The Strictly dancer may be the second youngest professional in the show’s history – he’s just 22 – but that’s not fazed him. It probably helps that he’s been paired with Olympic gymnast Claudia Fragapane, who quickly proved that she’s just as at home salsa-ing as she is somersaulting. Although, when we catch up with him, AJ does admit that some of 19-year-old Claudia’s acrobatic moves have left him feeling a little worried for her health! Chatting during a break in training for last weekend’s Blackpool spectacular, AJ, who got to the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2013 alongside professional partner Chloe Hewitt, also tells us what he thinks of his new fans – and Ed Balls!

OMG! Look at Helen’s bod!

orget fad diets – Helen Flanagan proved last week that running around after a one-year-old tot is all you need to do to get into seriously good shape! The star, 26, looked sensational in a cut-out bikini as she enjoyed some winter sun with boyfriend Scott Sinclair in Dubai, and fans couldn’t help but admire her stunning curves. One wrote, “Omg what a figure,” while another added, “How have you got your tummy so beautiful after a baby?! #stomachenvy.” Earlier this year, Helen revealed she’d dropped a dress size to a tiny size 6-8 since giving birth in June 2015. She admitted her famous 32DD boobs had shrunk too, from breastfeeding. But the pretty brunette – who in 2013 said she used to be “completely obsessed with dieting” – insisted body image is the last thing on her mind now she’s a full-time mum to Matilda, 17 months. The actress said in July, “I feel really body-confident. Now I’m a mum, I want to

I want her to see me eating healthily and properly, because you have such an impact as a mum.” And in November last year, Hels added, “Before Matilda, I had this vision that I’d be straight back to the gym and be on a diet. But when you’re breastfeeding, you have to eat well. I know I don’t need to lose weight because I’ve lost it from breastfeeding, but I just want to tone up.” No doubt Helen will want to be fit and healthy as she prepares for her Coronation Street comeback next February. The star, who plays Rosie Webster in the soap, said she was “so excited” about returning to the cobbles after suffering from depression. Talking about her exit from the ITV show in 2012, she said, “One day I was driving to the ITV studios and I thought, ‘Wouldn’t it be great if I just crashed my car now and it was all over?’ I was very down and it was very intense. I don’t think I was very well.” Thankfully, Helen is now on the mend and credits her baby girl as her inspiration In Newquay with Matilda to be “the best this June person I can be”. This week, Pete gets struck down by a bug and reveals how Mills is getting ready for the baby…

Tummy troubles The fam and I were struck down with a tummy bug last week. Mills was the first to get it, then me and poor Ems. I felt so sorry for her. Being so close to the end of her pregnancy it was the last thing she needed. Mills was such a trooper though and didn’t get grumpy once… Well, maybe once. But generally she’d go, “Mummy” then just throw up everywhere and not even whinge. She’s a little ledge!

We were at Emily’s parents’ house in Taunton for a few days last week. We still think the baby is going to come early so we’re pretty much basing ourselves there as Emily wants to have the baby in Somerset. We will head there in a couple of weeks to be on standby as there’s no way Emily is going to be able to hold out until the due date, which is around mid-December. I’m driving back and forth to see Junior and Bista, though. Mills said the funniest thing the other day. She kind of understands Mummy is going to have a baby and she said, “Milly’s tummy is really sore, the baby’s kicking me.” She has sympathy pains for her mum! She tries to imitate Emily all the time – it’s so cute. And she saw some little slippers the other day and asked Ems if she could put them on the baby. She’s really getting involved.

My Christmas chef Apparently, a record number of Brits are set to employ a chef on Christmas Day. Well, I for one won’t be because we have Emily’s mum Becs. She is the best cook ever and with her in the kitchen we don’t need anyone else. Nowadays, people are much more likely to eat out in general so maybe they think it’s a good My

idea on Christmas Day, which is fine if that suits them, but I much prefer a home-cooked meal surrounded by family. Talking of Christmas, it’s a magical time, but for many children the reality is very different. So I’d like to wish the best of luck to the NSPCC and its Little Stars campaign as they take vie over Oxford Street’s w on t famous lights this year n e wh e s to help give children a brighter Christmas. We can all help by making a donation and naming a light for someone special. For more info head to

There was lot of talk last week about me making an appearance in Coronation Street. Back in August there was a storyline where Gemma from the kebab shop admitted she was a big fan of mine and as a result there were calls to get me on the show. Then last week, Gemma won a good citizen award and the prize was meeting me! Sadly, she goes off to meet me off-screen and I’m not actually on the show but I do love Corrie, so it was a pretty proud moment for me. Love ya, Gems.

Oh, Will!

It was reported last week that Will Young has unfollowed his Strictly pals on Twitter, including his former partner Karen Clifton. Look, I don’t know what has happened, but if he has unfollowed everyone out of bitterness or anger then that’s sad because it’s supposed to be a great experience. We’ve still got a Strictly WhatsApp group going between all the contestants from last year. But full praise has to go to Jeremy Vine because he’s the one who has kept it alive and everyone together. We all really bonded doing the show so it’s lovely we all still keep in touch. And of course I still speak to my former partner Janette Manrara and her fiancé Aljaž Škorjanec.

The 27 year old revealed her exciting news in a stunning black and white Instagram snap, which shows off her growing bump, captioning it, “Ten tiny fingers, ten tiny toes but who are you? DAnnIEllA: ‘BOTCHED OP lEfT ME SuICIDAl’ Danniella Westbrook has revealed that she’s suing the makers of Channel 5 series Celebrity Botched Up Bodies for £750,000, after a dental operation left her with a gaping hole under her nose. The former EastEnders and Celebrity Big Brother star went on This Morning last week and explained how she’d developed septicaemia after getting tooth implants as part of the show last year. Sporting a plaster underneath her nose, Danniella, 43, told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby that the operation also left her depressed and led to the end of her relationship with toyboy George Arnold. Danniella, who was photographed exposing the hole during a trip to hospital, said she spiralled out of control after George walked out and attempted an overdose. “I did relapse, I thought my whole world was over, I tried to overdose,” she confessed, adding that she didn’t turn to cocaine but “took loads of tablets”.

Pregnant Amy Childs was forced to cut short a work trip to Manchester when a man threatened to punch her outside an event in the city. The former TOWIE star, who’s expecting her first baby with jailbird boyfriend Bradley Wright, had been at the Ideal Home Show At Christmas, where she was promoting her products, when the man, who was said to be waiting for her outside the venue, is believed to have made the violent threat. And despite security being stepped up, 26-year-old Amy decided to return to Essex early, with sources saying the terrifying ordeal left her “too scared” to go out again in Manchester.

Perrie’s not happy with her body

Little Mix star Perrie Edwards might be flawless to us, but the 23 year old believes even she could improve. Last week, the pop star complained about her body, saying, “My back fat has to go,” but insisted that she wouldn’t be torturing herself on any faddy diets, adding, “Nothing makes me happier than food.” Although Perrie might not be entirely happy with her body, her bandmate Jesy Nelson, 25, disagrees. Singing her pal’s praises, Jesy said, “Perrie has porn-star boobs and a very nice juicy bum.” Too kind!

The reality star appeared on last Thursday’s Loose Women and opened up to the panel about her horrifying mystery illness, which had given her “really bad pains at 4am” one night. Steph, who is pregnant with her 26-year-old ex Jeremy McConnell’s baby, explained she’d been having a girlie night in with her mum when the agony struck. The 23 year old, who said she was still awaiting test results to determine what caused the problem, added, “It was that bad I vomited. I was seeing black dots.” The actress then confirmed she’d lost so much blood they thought she’d need a blood transfusion. We hope all is well, Steph.

Sophie Kasaei and boyfriend Joel Corry strip off for our sexy couple’s photo shoot and discuss their future together ng keepi l a it re

ome couples are destined to be together – like Geordie Shore stars Sophie Kasaei and Joel Corry! The pair, who’ve been dating for five years, met while Joel was working for the MTV show in 2011. And 12 months later, the DJ swapped his behindthe-scenes job for one in front of the camera, signing up to be part of the Geordie Shore cast. They’ve been together ever since. As Sophie, 27, gets her make-up done ahead of new!’s exclusive photo shoot in London, she admits it was love (well, kind of) at first sight. “I knew I was going to f**k him,” she says, giggling. Who said romance was dead?! Meanwhile, Joel – who sports a better pout than Victoria Beckham during ri our session and is keen to get et make-up recommendations from our stylist – tells us he’s “always supporting” his girlfriend, especially when it comes to her weight. Sophie was recently attacked online when pictures emerged of her in a bikini during a trip to Barcelona, with cruel trolls calling her a “chubster”

all me fat!’ and telling her to go to the gym. But Joel, 27, insists he would never make Sophie, who’s a size 12 and “over 10st”, feel like she had to slim down. Aww. Of course, as with all of the Geordie Shore girls, drama is never far away, and last week Sophie was forced to deny she’d been axed from the show for a second time after getting caught up in Chloe Ferry’s row with show newbie Zahida Allen. And it’s little wonder Sophie doesn’t want to get involved. Opening up to us about the time she was forced to leave the show in 2013 over an alleged “racial slur”, she says she went through “hell”. Thankfully, the pretty brunette, who’s now filming for the next series, is in a much better place and seems happier than ever. Not only does she hope she’ll be living with Joel in London next year, but she also expects him to pop the question! No pressure, Joel… How do you feel about your first couple’s shoot with new!? Sophie: We’ve been together for five years and never done a couple’s shoot. Can you believe it?! When we eventually get

a house together, we can put the pictures up on the wall. Joel: I’m buzzing. How do you feel about taking your kit off in front of the camera? S: I think it’s a bit awkward. It’s all right in the bedroom when it’s just us two, but what happens if Joel gets a boner?! What’s your favourite part of each other? J: Sophie’s boobs. And her bum is looking good lately. She’s been working hard. S: It’s getting better. Joel looks after himself but I like his smile, it’s cute. My friends always ask me if it’s weird lying next to him because he’s so ripped, but it’s just normal to me now. Sophie’s trying to shape up. Are you helping her, Joel? I’m always supporting her. We go to the gym together but I don’t stand over and say, “Right, you’ve got to do this many reps.” She knows what she’s doing and I’m not a personal trainer. Do you think Sophie needs to lose weight? I’ve never made her feel that way, ever. S: He’ll never say I look fat. But if I’m down about it and crying to him, he’ll tell me to do something about it. Sophie lost a lot of weight last year… She didn’t look like Sophie. We weren’t seeing each other that much because I was so heavily involved in my first fitness competition. Sophie ended up getting shut out and I went through a bad time. S: Joel didn’t think I looked very healthy then. J: You do like some of those pictures, though, don’t you? S: Yeah, but I’d rather be happy. I was depressed and my hair was falling out. I’d rather be a bit bigger now than miserable and skinny. Sophie was going through her parents’ divorce, too. How did you support her, Joel? I just tried to be as supportive as I possibly could be.

S: He’s been through it, but he was younger. I’d ask him whether I should be spending more time with my mum, my dad, that sort of thing. He was there for me. If I wanted to get away from home, I could go to London, which I did. How’s the situation now, Sophie? It’s two years down the line now, so it’s a lot better. But Christmas is coming up and that gets us down. I don’t know what the hell to do. I know my dad will be fine because he has three restaurants so he’ll always be busy. But my mum is stuck in a little council house with hardly any money. Will Joel be spending Christmas with you? He can’t because we’re so far away from each other. J: We like to go away in January, though. Hopefully, it’ll be Mexico. Do you go all out on Christmas presents for each other? S: Well, last year I got him an Apple watch. He pretended he loved it and then two weeks later I found out he had put it on eBay – and kept the money! J: [Laughs] I did try it out, though. S: Joel doesn’t really buy us presents. He just likes to spend money on holidays. I always want a handbag but Joel would rather… J: …Take her to Turkey and get her a fake one! How did you guys get together? J: I was a production intern for Geordie Shore and ended up going out to Ibiza with some of the cast. S: I remember seeing him back at the studios in London and telling the boss of MTV, “I’m going to f**k him,” which, of course, I wasn’t allowed to do. But we went out to Ibiza and ended up doing the dirty. I remember I woke up and he’d gone. I thought I’d had a one-night stand. I went to the

loo and he had a make-up bag and loads of fake tan – I thought he was gay! Obviously, I was used to all the big lads in Newcastle. In London, all the boys were wearing those skinny Russell Brand jeans. J: MTV found out and I was told I wasn’t allowed to speak to Sophie any more, otherwise I’d lose my job. I said it was fine, as my job was really important to me, but it just carried on! S: It all had to be top secret. Then series two came along… Next thing I know, I’m in the house and there’s a knock at the door. It was Joel! It all worked out in the end… S: He’s been part of the show from the beginning and he knows how it works. God forbid if we ever finished and I got with someone else, they’d never understand. Joel, how tough was it when Sophie was forced to leave the show in 2013 because of the alleged racist remark? I just had to be there for her. I went with her to the meeting when they terminated the contract.

S: He saw I went through hell. I was so down and miserable. People used to say Joel only wanted to be with me for certain reasons, and part of me always thought that in the back of my head. But that happened and he was still there for me. I had no money, no fame. At that point, I knew he was the boy I wanted to be with for a very long time. Aww. What’s next – are you going to move in together? S: I’m on Joel’s back every day about it. How do these people from Love Island who’ve been together a few months have houses?! J: Yeah, but I want to buy a place. I’ve saved up a lot of money. I don’t want to rent. I’ll have it next year, 100 per cent. I just need a bit more time. How do you both feel about living together? J: I’m chilled. S: Joel’s not controlling. He’s laid-back. If I turned around and told him I was going to Vegas with the girls, he’d say, “No problem, have an amazing

time.” We don’t tread on each other’s toes. It’d be fine – we lived together on Geordie Shore! Joel, is it true that your idol is Simon Cowell?! S: He’s obsessed with him! And Peter Andre! J: [Laughs] I just look at Simon Cowell and he’s killing it. He’s made it and now he’s got a family. So would you rather be an older dad, then? One hundred per cent But do you want kids in your twenties, Sophie? S: I did get broody at one point. I told Joel I wanted to have a family and he cried and said he wasn’t ready. But as I’ve got older, I’ve realised it’s not the right time. How could I be on Geordie Shore with a kid? Or be somebody’s wife?! It’d be embarrassing. Do you want a big family? S: One child. I don’t want a big family. I was brought up with my brother and there would always be arguments and competition. And it’s too much money. J: I’d want a little Joel, definitely.

‘How could I be on Geordie Shore with a kid? Or be a wife?’

Have you thought about names? J: [Laughs] Joel. S: My friends think it’s chavvy but I like Darleigh and Ariana. What about an engagement? S: I always joke about it but I’m not ready for that big commitment yet. We’ve got so much to conquer first. I envy some of my friends who are settled but I have a different life. J: I’m also scared because my parents divorced, as did Sophie’s. It’s put me off. Let’s just wait, like Simon Cowell! How long would you wait, Sophie? J: We can meet in the middle. Say, 45?! S: This time next Cruel trolls attacked year, I’d like to Sophie’s be engaged. bikini body J: I’ll just buy you a dog or something! So you’ll leave Geordie Shore next year? S: I’m so happy to be on the show. It’s not often you get a second bite of the apple. I’m so happy MTV asked me back

and I will be on there for as long as they’re happy with me and I’m still enjoying it. Next year, I’d like to be engaged, but I wouldn’t like Joel to propose on TV. Every time that happens, it’s just a big flop! What kind of wedding would you like? S: I’m the biggest chav ever. I’m all over Katie Price’s dresses. And I want the chunkiest, blingiest diamanté ring. I want my wedding right on the beach, wearing no shoes and flowers in my hair, with a little band playing.

Sophie wore a very sexy Halloween costume recently. Do you like it when she dresses up? S: We spoke about this before he took me away for my birthday. I said I’d get some sexy lingerie, he said yeah, but he isn’t into the role-play thing – pretending to be a doctor and checking if I’m OK. J: If you came in as some character, I’d be like, “What the f**k is going on?!” S: We had sex toys on Geordie Shore but it was just weird! So you’re not that experimental… S: We’re not into bondage! Sophie, how’s your cousin, Marnie Simpson, doing? She’s good. I feel like people don’t want her and Lewis Bloor to be

Celebrating her birthday with Joel, Marnie and Lewis

together but she seems happy. I hope she doesn’t find it hard in Geordie Shore and walk out. It’s hard to have a relationship in there. Is a double date on the cards? S: The thing with Marnie is when she gets with a boy, she’s always with them. She gets so attached. She doesn’t have many friends, she only really has her family. Hopefully soon, though. Coleen’s rage as Wayne parties with girls

oleen Rooney was thought to be on the warpath last week after her husband Wayne was photographed “paralytic” after a boozing session with two mystery women at a hotel. The England football captain reportedly went on a bender at a Hertfordshire hotel the night after the game against Scotland and ended up crashing a wedding, where he met the two women. In a pic that is sure to have enraged Coleen, who was at home looking after their three sons at the time, a drunk-looking Wayne, 31, is seen on a sofa looking cosy with the girls, one of whom is wearing his England top and has her arm draped round his neck as he smiles for the camera. According to a source, “Wayne got absolutely plastered. He was sinking glass after glass of red wine.” While there’s no suggestion that anything went on between Wayne and the girls, this will bring back bad memories for Coleen, 30, who has been publicly humiliated by Wayne’s infidelities in the past. In September 2010, it was revealed that he slept with £1,000-a-night escort Jenny Thompson over four months, Jenny (left) and Helen had including a threesome with a threesome with Wayne Big Brother contestant Helen Wood, while Coleen was pregnant with their son Kai, now seven. And back in 2004, it emerged he’d cheated on Col with three prostitutes including a 48-year-old grandmother in a rubber catsuit. However, behavioural and relationship psychologist Judi James told new! that Coleen, who’s also mum to their sons Klay, three, and nine-monthold Kit, won’t Judi thinks the be surprised by

Wayne’s night on the tiles. She said, “I imagine she’s used to it. She’s been through quite a bit with him already.” But Judi thinks the couple will get through it. “They have a good, strong The footballer grounding because on that night out they got together before they got famous, so hopefully she’s got lots of coping mechanisms,” she said. “But it will be down to whether he does it again and if it becomes a habit and how in contact he was that evening.” But it wasn’t just Coleen who Wayne had to explain himself to last week. He also issued an apology to football fans and a spokesman for the star said, “Wayne is sorry… He fully recognises that the images are inappropriate for someone in his position.” The partying comes as his career is at a crossroads following England’s disastrous Euro 2016 campaign, and the question mark hanging over his career at Manchester United will be adding to his stress. Judi told new!, “Alcohol can affect sportsmen when they feel they’re on the way down. And often their family’s lifestyles are dependent on their income, so drinking can become an escape and they can start to self-destruct. “Wayne may be looking for another buzz of adrenaline while worrying that he’s not going to reach his peak again. He’s not a young player any more.” Let’s hope his hangover put him off having another Coleen with bender for a while! their three sons

OOur girli l revealsl why h she h prefers f using i make-up k artists ti t from f Liverpool and tells us about “meeting” Kate Middleton

cArol’s strAnge!

I’m really into I’m A Celeb this year, but I wasn’t particularly impressed with the line-up to begin with – I hardly knew who anyone was! Saying that, I do think they’re a nice group. I really like Scarlett Moffatt, and she’s doing really well on the show. I can’t believe she actually ate a camel’s penis and hairy nipples in the big bush bake off Bushtucker Trial! Speaking of odd things, Carol Vorderman’s a bit strange. I didn’t like it when she was talking to the toad the other night. I thought she was playing up to the cameras.

Scousers are the best! Last week, India Willoughby joined Loose Women as a panellist, making her the first trans woman in the world to co-host an all-female chat show. I’d never heard of her! Of course, the trolls were out in force, but she actually got a great response on Twitter, and a lot of people praised the show for breaking down barriers. I love watching Loose Women and can see why Charlotte Crosby recently told new! that she had a rough ride when she appeared on the show back in May, but I’ve always found them to be nothing but warm and welcoming to me. I’d love to be a panellist if I got the chance – I’d keep it real and give good opinions.

Kate Middleton has been named the person us Brits would most like to have afternoon tea with. I don’t think I’m proper enough for afternoon tea, but I do have a funny story to tell you about Kate. Years ago, I was filmed for an online show, which was a bit like Punk’d, and I was invited to a clothes shop near Buckingham Palace. When I arrived it was full of security, which seemed odd. Then, when they took me to the changing rooms, I could hear a woman’s voice talking about how she couldn’t go through with her wedding to Prince William. She then came through the curtain, and looked identical to Kate! But I soon realised it was just a woman they’d dressed up like her to trick me! Kate actually said in an interview once that I was her favourite TOWIE cast member!

Accepting myself

I got a lot of press last week after I spoke out in new! about my self-image. It’s always been an issue for me and I guess it’s easy to label something like that as body dysmorphia, but it’s probably more just a confidence issue. I made mistakes in the past with treatments, like my lip fillers, but now I really feel I’m finding the right balance by seeing trustworthy people. I have to credit Dr Esho for helping me go back to natural. He’s always telling me less is more when it comes to treatments but, more importantly, he really focuses on me being happy with myself, which is essential. I feel I’m finally finding my own way.

I made a comment on Instagram last week about Scouse girls being the best make-up artists. The two Scouse girls I’ve been using are so confident and don’t shy away from anything, especially doing my eyebrows. Yes, they can be a bit OTT sometimes, but you need that, especially when you’re filming. There are some great make-up artists in Essex too, but I just love the whole Scouse thing – especially a Scouse brow! In Liverpool, there is a make-up bar on every corner so they have to be good at it because there’s so much competition. I’d really like to thank all of you who have signed up for my make-up masterclasses. Three are already completely booked up and I can’t wait to do them!

‘Now Cheryl’s having a baby, she’s found something great!’ Brian Friedman talks about his pal’s “pregnancy” and dishes the X Factor goss…

PHOTOS: Rex Shutterstock,

nyone who’s been watching The X Factor will have noticed that the performances have become more outrageous, more flamboyant and, well, more amazing! And it’s all thanks to Brian Friedman. The show’s creative director, 39, returned to the series this year after taking 2015 off to do I’m A Celebrity – and it’s great to have him back. Brian has worked with the best in the business, such as Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Prince and Justin Timberlake. He’s also spent many years working on and off with former judge Cheryl – so we jump at the chance to get his take on her relationship with Liam Payne, and to get him to spill the beans on all things X Factor ! Take it away, Brian… Why did you decide to return to The X Factor? I went back because of nostalgia. It’s ten years since I started on the show. Knowing that Dermot, Sharon and Louis were returning, there was something magical about that to me. I got the call

and I was really excited and it was my instinct to say yes. Which of this year’s contestants do you most enjoy working with? Saara Aalto and Emily Middlemas. I really believe in Emily’s potential. I would love her to have some variety of song tempos, but she’s a really strong performer. Saara is my favourite. She’s just such a pro. There are very few people who I can have bend backwards over someone’s shoulder, while wearing a wig, upside down, spinning and still singing in tune – and for them to never complain about it! Has Simon ever told you something is too wacky? It happens for every single judge. They come in when their acts are rehearsing and they say, “Cut that, take this away.” Sharon made changes to Saara’s costume in disco week. They have control. Simon always has control. Do you think Honey G should be in the competition? It’s the public’s decision. I don’t decide who stays or goes. When she was first put there, I was

questioning it as well, wondering, So you think them both being in the industry is why they work? “What am I going to do with her? Yes, I do believe that. Chloe Lewis & Luke Pasqualino

Ellie Goulding & Bobby Rich

We weren’t expecting this! TOWIE star Chloe, 25, is said to be texting Our Girl heartthrob Luke, 26, after they locked lips at a party. Luke recently enjoyed a short romance with Little Mix star Perrie Edwards, which reportedly fizzled out due to her work commitments. Chloe, meanwhile, has remained largely single after splitting from her on-off boyfriend and former co-star Jake Hall in April. Luke and Chloe are believed to have got chatting at a lingerie party, which was also attended by Jake’s new girlfriend, Real Housewives Of Cheshire star Missé Beqiri – awks. A source said, “They were all over each other… He barely left Chloe’s side all night. They spent all night together kissing… He’s in Manchester now but they’re still texting.” Watch this space!

The sTars hooking up, breaking up or simply geTTing Their flirT on!

Ellie set tongues wagging after she was spotted out in London with personal trainer to the stars Bobby – and according to reports, they even shared a public kiss. An insider said, “Ellie and Bobby are getting on very well. Ellie is still single. They’re very close, both very keen on personal fitness and get on well with each other’s friends, too, so it looks very promising.” Ellie, 29, split from McFly star Dougie Poynter in March after two years of dating but admitted the relationship may be “unfinished”. Let’s see if Bobby has changed her mind…

Singer Ricky, 44, has got engaged to his Swedish artist boyfriend Jwan, 32. Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ricky said, “I proposed, I was really nervous… Instead of saying, ‘Will you marry me?’ I said, ‘I got you something!’” The couple have been together since January but have known each other for more than a year, meeting after Ricky started to collect Jwan’s work. Ricky, who revealed he was gay in 2010, is also a dad to eight-year-old twin sons Matteo and Valentino, born by a surrogate mother. Congratulations, guys! Ricky Martin

It looks like Nick, 54, is back on with his estranged wife Jessica, 29. He was seen leaving her house and moving personal items back in. TV presenter Nick left Jessica, mother of his two-year-old son Eddie, in January, and the split was muddied by his fling with former Emmerdale star Gemma Oaten and Jessica’s shock cancer diagnosis. Last week, the star told Lorraine Kelly, “We’re working on our relationship… Our essential point has to be our son Eddie. He’s a real joy.”

Robin Thicke & April Love Gear y

Singer Robin, 39, and his girlfriend April, 21, sparked rumours they had secretly wed last week after the model uploaded a cryptic Instagram post. April shared a photo of herself in a bikini with the initials ALT – presumably for April Love Thicke – written on them. She captioned the snap, “His.” And although a source close to the pair, who went public in May last year, insisted they’ve not tied the knot, the pair’s relationship is clearly going from strength to strength – they’ve even got matching tattoos on their ring fingers of each other’s initials. Robin split from his highschool sweetheart Paula Patton, mother of his six-year-old son Julian, in February 2014.

Billie keeps it in the family! The actress risks the wrath of her ex by cosying up to his cousin…

illie Piper and her ex-hubby Laurence Fox had one of the most acrimonious splits in showbiz, so these pics of the actress cosying up to his cousin Freddie last week must have gone down like a lead balloon with the bitter Lewis star. In snaps that are sure to infuriate Laurence, his ex-wife was seen at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards last week, where she picked up the Best Actress gong, catching up with Freddie Fox as they beamed for the cameras. Looking incredibly pale in a long black dress, Billie was in stitches at one point as the pair chatted at the prestigious showbiz bash at the Old Vic Theatre in London. Tellingly, her sleeveless dress gave her the opportunity to show off her forearm after she had her “vulgar” tattoo of Laurence’s name and their wedding date

removed. It’s the biggest indication yet that Billie, 34, is well and truly over her divorce from the actor, who she split from in March after eight years of marriage. The star has since been linked to singer Johnny Lloyd, formerly of rock band Tribes. But while she has managed to move on, it’s clear Laurence, 38, took the divorce a lot harder. He admitted earlier this year that he reached out to his family for help during his darkest hours, which is why the snaps of Billie and Freddie will be so hard to take. Laurence, who has two sons – Winston, eight, and Eugene, four – with Billie, admitted he didn’t sleep for six months after the split despite taking sleeping pills, and credited his brother with “saving” him. “My brother Robin

Freddie had Billie giggling

She’s had her tatt removed

Laurence and Vogue are an item

has saved me in this whole situation. He saw it all, what I didn’t see, knew what was coming and tried to tell me about it,” Laurence explained. The star also admitted that he suffered “profound panic attacks for an extended period of time” as a result of the divorce, and confessed that it had

“derailed” him, saying, “This has knocked me very hard. It would anyone who really cares about marriage and its beliefs.” Laurence is now dating Vogue Williams, Brian McFadden’s ex-wife, after they met on Bear Grylls: Mission Survive last year. Let’s hope she manages to help him get some closure!

Brian’s new squeeze Danielle

While Vogue Williams has fallen for Laurence Fox after splitting from Brian McFadden, the former Westlife star has been busy romancing someone new himself – and she bears an uncanny resemblance to the Irish model! Brian, 36, has been dating Danielle Parkinson, a secondary school teacher based in Rochdale, for two months and sources say the pair are a “happy item”. But with her blonde hair and

striking looks, there’s no mistaking who she resembles! Last month, Brian admitted he no longer speaks to his ex-wife, despite saying they were “best friends” when they initially split. “I’m not in contact with Vogue,” he told Loose Women in June. “Not any more. We have both decided that we have moved on.” Clearly!

‘Honey G is legit!’ Xtra Factor Live host Matt Edmondson gives us all the backstage gossip and talks about juggling work and being a new dad…

He’d pay to see a Honey G gig

Louis gives Matt and Rylan the best goss

How would you feel if she won? It’s 2016 – anything can happen! Hi Matt, do you have a contestant We’ve had Brexit, we’ve had who you’re secretly rooting for? Trump, it could be Honey G Yes! But the word there that winning. It’s impossible to call, I must stick to is “secret”. That’s but I would feel so happy for not to say I dislike the others, her. He has a stegosaurus called Steggy Weggy and a mouse called Mousey Wousey. I show him magic tricks and Rylan dances with him. Eric hangs out, while Simon never gives us the time of day! They’re a cute family. Strictly is winning the ratings battle. Are you concerned? Not really, I think there is space for both shows. I think the scheduling is really good this year. They’re the most watched shows on telly every week – that’s a great position to be in. Former Xtra Factor presenters Melvin Odoom and Caroline Flack competed on Strictly. Would you like to do that? How do you find juggling being a dad and doing The Xtra Factor? It’s tiring, but doing The Xtra Factor is like a break for me. It doesn’t feel like work. At the weekend I’m on the radio and then I do The Xtra Factor, so I have the weekends away from dad duties. The rest of the time I’m up in the middle of the night doing feeds and changing nappies. So you do your fair share? Oh yes, you’ve got to! It’s hardcore enough even for two people doing it. I have the utmost respect for single parents who do it on their own. I think they’re incredible. aturday and Sunday nights have been way more fun since Matt Edmondson and Rylan Clark-Neal took over hosting duties on The Xtra Factor. And with the competition hotting up, what better time to check in on Matt, 30, who recently became a dad when his wife Bryony gave birth to their daughter in September, just hours before Matt was due to host the live show. We’re lucky enough to grab Matt on one of his days off and, despite his dog barking at the postman in the background, he’s able to give us his thoughts on this year’s judges, contestants and who he thinks will be crowned winner…

How do you think Wayne is getting on? They took his phone away straight away so I’ve had no idea what he’s been doing. Then I saw him jump out of a plane! It’s been weird not speaking to him, but I’m really proud of him. He’s really out of his comfort zone. It’s going to be nice for people to see the real him.

Jon: ‘I’ve never had sex with Gemma Collins!’

Frankie’s proud of hubby Wayne

Do the boys understand where their dad is? I haven’t told them. I don’t know how to explain it to a three and one year old! My eldest told me Daddy is in the car. He’s obviously driving to Australia! Have you given your pal Louise Redknapp any Strictly tips? I’ve popped down to rehearsals to say hi, but it’s more that she’ll ring me and be like, “What did you think of that one?” How do you feel about being in the Christmas special? I can’t wait. Any excuse to get involved and back into the sequins and I’m there!

Ever since Gemma Collins told Jon Clark she wanted to “f**k [him] with [his] mask on” at Halloween, we’ve wanted to know if he’s taken her up on her offer! So it was the first thing we asked when we bumped into the TOWIE star sipping on a JD and Coke at the bar. Laughing, Jon told GLG, “I love Gemma, but categorically, 100 per cent, I’ve never had sex with her.” Although she might not be his type, you can’t deny they have on-screen chemistry, so would he ever go there? “Never say never!” he said. “We’ve got the TOWIE Christmas special coming up soon. And at Christmas time we don’t know what could happen!” Ding dong indeed!

Jon didn’t rule out getting jiggy with Gemma

Alex: ‘Vicky is absolutely smashing Extra Camp’ Love Island hunk Alex Bowen is well on the way to winning the best boyfriend award, after he supported girlfriend Olivia Buckland at the launch of her clothing collection last week. While he and Olivia are the “happiest [they’ve] ever been”, Alex isn’t afraid to talk about his ex Vicky Pattison, and her latest project – presenting! Although Vicky has come under fire for her Extra Camp performance, Alex thinks she’s “smashing it”. He said, “Vicky is one of my good friends. She’s always looked after me and I’m so happy for her.” On whether it’s awkward that he’s still in touch with his former flame, Alex admitted, “Liv gets on with Vicky. Me and Vicky were in the past, but we’re still friends.”

Frankie Bridge was doing much better than expected when we bumped into her at the charity’s awards ceremony – especially as she’d witnessed her husband Wayne jumping out of a plane just hours earlier! The bubbly star opened up about how she’s coping while her man is pushed to his limits in the I’m A Celeb jungle…

Frankie: ‘Wayne’s out of his comfort zone’

Alex with Olivia and new!’s Georgia (right)

Looking to the future with his Love Island beau, Alex revealed he’s still got plans to propose – and it could be sooner than we think! “I’m not going to give too much away,” he told GLG. “And I’m not going to tell her the actual day, but I’m looking at next year, maybe.” We’re buying a hat!

Apprentice’s Trishna: ‘Lord Sugar wants us to be professional’ We hardly recognised The Apprentice contestants Trishna Thakrar and Jessica Cunningham at the bash, because we’re used to seeing them in suits in the boardroom! When we quizzed Trishna on whether on-screen romances are something Lord Sugar looks down on, she told GLG, “They want everyone to be as professional and focused as possible. They don’t want you to get sidetracked, because that could ruin your chances. You’ve got to keep your head in the game.” Despite Jessica shutting down our Courtney Wood romance questions with a “no comment”, Trishna stepped in for her pal, saying, “There was a lot of love in that house!” We bet there was!

All the gossip from this week’s stAr-studded pArties!

Frankie: ‘I wish my mum was still here’ Frankie essex Weight Loss Workouts dVd Launch Party ginger martini, giLgamesh, London We caught up with new fitness icon Frankie Essex at the launch of her exercise DVD, and the former TOWIE star seemed to be having a well-earned night off from her strict diet as she sipped on a calorific cocktail. While Frankie let her hair down, we couldn’t wait to discuss the positive response she’s had since frankie with her the DVD was released. brother Joey She told us, “This time last year, I was in Thailand crying my eyes out. I felt depressed and I wanted to get away, I wanted to run away. I cried when I realised I was number three in the charts – I was like, ‘I wish my mum was here.’” Also there to support his sister was reality star Joey Essex. Despite recently splitting from his Celebs Go Dating co-star Stephanie Pratt, he didn’t seem to be too heartbroken, telling us, “Single life is cool, man.” Whatever you say, Joe!

When we spotted newly engaged Pixie Lott in the French capital last week, we couldn’t wait to get a glimpse of her diamond sparkler – but to our disappointment, it was nowhere to be seen! The star – who couldn’t wipe the grin off her face after Oliver Cheshire proposed to her the singer near to St Paul’s Cathedral posted this pic in London on November of her sparkler 13 – reassured us her ring was off to be “resized”, before adding that she was “really happy”. And when we grilled the singer about whether or not her career would be taking a backseat to her wedding plans, she said, “No way! I’m carrying on for sure. I have new music coming out next year as well.” Having just come back from Los Angeles where she had some acting auditions, Pixie proved she’s still a pro when it comes to pop music and belted out a version of Justin Bieber’s Love Yourself as well as her own hits Mama Do, Boys And Girls and Cry Me Out during the evening’s celebrations. While we carried on drinking champers, Pixie opted for an early night – though we spotted her out and about early the next day to get the Eurostar back to London. No doubt she was in a rush to get home to her fiancé!

Eddie Redmayne: ‘I find the film really emotional’ Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them Premiere Leicester square, London We braved the cold November rain to catch a glimpse of some A-listers at the premiere of the new Harry Potter spin-off – and it was definitely worth getting soaked when we spotted the movie’s main star, Eddie Redmayne! He arrived with his wife Hannah Bagshawe on his arm and was quick to sing the praises of the film’s creator, JK Rowling. Eddie gushed, “She manages to combine elements of thriller, darkness, high comedy

and heart. I find it really emotional at the end of the film. It made me feel so many different things.” The Oscar winner then added that he’d been under the author’s spell ever since her Harry Potter days. “I used to watch the Potter films for a JK Rowling kind of hug every year or two, to dive back into that world, and I hope this has all of those elements,” he said.

y r e v e x o t o B e ‘I hav eight months’

Former pop and soa p star Martine McCutc heon tells about keeping the spark alive and being comfortable in her own skin…

e’ve been to some exciting events in our time, but chatting to celebs on a red carpet while their gorgeous dogs wait patiently by their feet has to be one of the highlights. Yep, we’re beyond delighted when we run into Martine McCutcheon at the launch of The Secret Life Of Pets DVD with her pet pooch, Fred, and husband of four years Jack McManus in tow. After giving Fred a pat, we start grilling a giggly Martine, 40, on how she balances being a mum to 21-month-old son Rafferty with being a Loose Women panellist. We also want to know how she deals with the chronic fatigue syndrome (ME) she was diagnosed with seven years ago. And despite our tough questioning Martine is happy to chat openly – and she hits out at her former pal Mick Hucknall, who once branded her a liar after she recalled an incident in which she threw up in his hair back in the 90s! Best look away now, Mick… Hey Martine, how’s Rafferty getting on? Amazing! He’s at home with the nanny. There’s no way he would sit through this – he’s too young. He’s not even two yet. We can all sit and watch the DVD together, so that will be great. Do you worry about balancing work and being a mum? Always. As a mother with a career that you love, you do feel guilty because you have so much love for this little person in your life and you feel constantly torn when you’re away from them. You feel torn that you’re not out there providing for them or fulfilling yourself in another way. I think it’s something you have to get on with and not think about too

Martine is devoted mum to 21-month-old son Rafferty

much. And I think if you’re a good person, a good mum, and you love them, then that’s all you can do. Do you ever worry you may be overworking, especially considering your previous health struggles with ME? Yeah, I make sure I pace myself. I try to eat well and drink well whenever I can, but I also think it’s important to indulge in normal life as well and have a drink. I can’t be crazy seven days a week. I have to have a bit of control. You’ve spoken of the pressures you felt to be skinny growing up. Do you still feel that way? I don’t know if it’s my age – turning 40 – but I’ve got really bored of it all. I just think it’s so boring worrying all the time. So will you be indulging this Christmas? With hubby Yes, I will indulge at Jack and Christmas. But rather than pet pooch Fred at the Secret a two-week lead-up and twoLife Of Pets week die-off period, I will have DVD premiere a couple of days and that will be it because otherwise I pay the price and I ache like mad.

How are you feeling in your own skin right now? I look nice when I go out. I put a little outfit together well. I’m not perfect, but I’m alright. What is your guilty pleasure? I’m a chocolate girl. Those Lindt balls that melt in your mouth – I’m a goner. I go past the aisle in the supermarket and Jack’s like, “Keep walking…” You admitted this week to being a fan of Botox. How often do you have it done? I didn’t have it for a while because I had a little incident where I thought, “Oh I look a bit weird,” and then I missed looking fresh. And, like I said on Loose Women, I didn’t want to look like I’m 20 but I do want to feel like I’m the best I can look after all I’ve gone through with the ME, the depression and trying to have a baby. It takes its toll. I felt like I’d aged a bit more than I was meant to. I have it done once every eight months. Have you refused to have your lips done? Yeah. I’m a big believer in looking rested and not being something you’re not. I haven’t got massive lips, they’re a nice size, but I don’t want huge lips. I don’t want a smaller nose – that’s me. What do you think of celebrities who airbrush their pictures on Instagram? I get it, because if you don’t [airbrush] you look knackered compared to everybody else, or you look fatter compared to everybody else. I understand it. But I also understand you have to take a little bit of responsibility as well and everything in moderation. You’ve been married for four years now and revealed this week that to keep the romance alive the two of you reconnect by gazing into each other’s eyes. When did you start doing this? It sounds really naff but yeah, we do. We tried it after a friend of mine, who is very spiritualistic and holistic, said, “Seriously, give it a go!” and I thought, “Yeah, yeah…” But one night for a laugh I was like, “Look into my eyes.” I did it and it was really lovely and it just worked. That was about two years ago and it’s really been a lovely thing to do. Does it work every time? No. There’ll be times when we get distracted and the phone will ring, the door will go or the baby will start crying. But it’s funny, you

With her Loose Women co-panellist Janet Street-Porter

l laugh and get embarrassed, but when it works ork it’s really nice and you think yyou’ve connected again. Do you think more kids will be on the horizon? No, but I’m being positive. It was really hard for me to have Rafferty, so we’ll see what happens. He’s my miracle and I’m so grateful for him, but I also thought, “Hang on, I’m switching off thinking that it won’t happen again – maybe it will.” I should be open to that, so we’ll see. Before meeting Jack you had a few high-profile relationships. How do you feel about the things people such as Mick Hucknall have said since? I haven’t seen him since. I got the length of the hair wrong but the rest of it is completely right and I stand by what I said. I don’t know why he wants to rewrite history, but there you go. It’s my embarrassment, not his, so I don’t know what the issue is. I thought I could just laugh at it and not take it so seriously. You’ve been tweeting your support of everyone on Strictly. Would you ever take part? She dated I’ve been asked every year but Mick because of the ME I wouldn’t want to set myself up for a fall. It is so hard. It’s gruelling. Greg Rutherford is knackered! You have to be mega fit. Selina Maycock

‘Playing crazy Caz comes with baggage!’ Corrie star Rhea Bailey talks to about people believing she’s “a bitch” and her character Caz’s lack of remorse…

Hi Rhea, how are you enjoying playing Corrie ’s resident psycho? It comes with a lot more baggage than I anticipated! A lot of people who watch the show have a hard time differentiating between actors and the characters they play. I find that difficult to be honest. What’s the worst thing anyone has said to you? Somebody called me a bitch the other day. I looked at my friend and said, “Am I supposed to just put up with this?” I go home and I’m like, “You guys are still acting like I’m at work, but I’ve left work now and I’m just trying to do my supermarket shopping and I don’t know why you’re calling me names!” How else has it affected you? I’ve told people at work not to refer to me as evil. If I’m getting

When you play a female villain, people are happy to hate on you but when you’re a male villain, people just think you’re really sexy and mysterious. He didn’t even ring the bell. It was so creepy. I spent Christmas indoors. But days later, sick of living as a prisoner, I decided to walk to the corner shop. On the way, Jamie appeared. “I’m so sorry about what happened,” he said in tears, seeming remorseful. “Please, let me explain.” As I looked into his eyes, I saw a glimmer of the guy I’d fallen in love with and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. “Come to my mum’s flat, it’s nearby,” he suggested. “She’ll be there, too.” Feeling reassured we wouldn’t be alone,

Easily overpowering me, he wrapped his hands around my throat and locked his eyes onto mine. “You’re going to die,” he sneered, dragging me by my hair to the sofa. “I’m going to bite your face so no man will look at you again.” His face came towards mine. In disbelief, I realised he was sinking his teeth into my skin, biting my cheek, lips and ears. His eyes were full of rage. “Stop!” I begged, terrified. “Please…”

But my words trailed off. There was no escape. He carried on biting, screaming like a madman, with blood around his mouth. I could feel the fight draining out of me. My body felt limp as the blows kept coming. He stamped and spat on me. “I’m going to die,” I thought as I blacked out. When I came round, my face was throbbing. The world seemed hazy. Jamie scooped me up and lay me on his mum’s bed. “I’ve got to go, the police are here,” he said. “I love you.” Then he vanished. A neighbour had heard the attack and called for help, and the next thing I remember was a police officer at my side. “You’re safe,” he said.

Our target is to get 100,000 signatures on refuge’s petition so this issue has to be debated in Parliament.

When my parents arrived, Mum didn’t recognise me and Dad burst into tears. I struggled to the loo, where I saw my reflection and laughed in disbelief. “Who’s that?” I stammered, my face swollen beyond recognition. “It’s you,” my mum said gently. “Jamie was right,” I thought. “No one will ever look at me again.” I looked like a monster. I heard Jamie had been arrested at the scene and held on remand, but still I was constantly scared and suffered flashbacks. I kept picturing his bloody face lunging towards me. Desperate for help, I moved into a women’s refuge and had weekly counselling. Finally, in June this year, Jamie appeared at Taunton Crown Court and admitted causing actual bodily harm, assault by beating and being in possession of a bladed object. In court Jamie couldn’t look at me. His defence painted him as a victim, claiming his “haunting” childhood had led him to drug and alcohol abuse. I could barely control my disgust. she hasn’t been In the end he got a in a relationship since Jamie two-year suspended sentence, and an indefinite restraining order that banned him from contacting me. He was made the subject of a mental health order and a 30-day rehabilitation order, and had to attend a “building better relationships” training programme. “It’s not enough,” I stammered, feeling cheated. With Jamie still on the streets, I’m left forever looking over my shoulder in fear. I’ve been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and I’m on various medications, including painkillers, antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs. I’m unable to work, but one day I’d love to become a domestic violence worker to help other women. I’ve been left with permanent scars on my lip, chin and cheek, and my right eye is smaller than the left. Seeing the damage Jamie inflicted when I look in the mirror makes me feel disgusted and unattractive. I haven’t been in a relationship since, and can’t imagine getting involved with a guy any time soon. Weight to go!

With new studies showing that working out with weights can boost your brain as well as your fitness, we examine the pros of resistance training…

visit to the gym to work up a sweat on the cross trainer is no big deal, right? But there’s one area of the gym that, for many women, is a no-go zone: the weights section. It brings to mind grunting men, hulking bodybuilders, and an atmosphere of testosterone and intimidation.

But a revolution is afoot, as more women are seeing the benefits of pumping iron. Some studies have even shown it can improve your intelligence as well as your fitness! Here, new! asks Instagram star and weight-training guru Shona Vertue – plus a host of top experts – why weights are so great…

Shona says: “If you’ve never lifted weights, practise the movements of these three exercises without weights first. Get a professional to ensure you’re doing them safely and effectively.”

“I encourage women to concentrate on achievements rather than aesthetics,” says Shona. “If you’re training towards, say, a push-up or a weighted squat, then every time you train you feel closer to that goal. The benefit is that suddenly you realise being able to do a full push-up means you’ve developed amazingly toned arms, or being able to do a weighted squat has given you a sexy booty. So focus on the numbers on the weights you’re lifting rather than your scales or dress size!” What’s more, weight training also has huge psychological benefits. “Whenever my female clients achieve targets they previously thought were out of reach, they become noticeably more confident,” says Derek Biggs. “It allows women to shatter self-imposed limitations and discover new capabilities.”

James and I went to STK last week to try their new menu. They’ve teamed up with Glenfiddich whisky and we had a different variety of Scotch with each course, so you can imagine how pissed we got. Our two favourite drinks are whisky and wine and we did a wine-tasting weekend in Porto earlier this month, so we’re doing pretty well on the booze front. At STK, we had lobster, fois gras, steak, chocolate fondant, cheese – pretty much everything decadent you could imagine. I can’t recommend it enough. We called it a night after the meal because we’re super boring. I’ve never understood how people can have a big meal and then go out after. I always want to take my food baby home to bed.

Our columnist bumps into her old friend Louise Thompson and says her mum doesn’t get her job…

My interview with Adam Pearson for his new BBC Three talk show Home Truths finally came out last week. I get asked questions like, “What’s it like to be Richard and Judy’s daughter?” a lot, but it was interesting to have somebody ask me really personal questions about it, like how it affected me as a teenager, that sort of thing. I told him I used to feel people expected a lot more from me and that I was a blank canvas for abuse. When I figured out what I wanted to do with my life, and actually started achieving things, it became completely irrelevant to me. I also talked about how my mum doesn’t really understand what I do for a career. She’s an academic and her idea of a good workout is reading a good book. But, to be honest, I much prefer having a mum who says, “Who the f**k cares about what you look like?” than the alternative. It’s nice to have areas of your life where the pressure is completely off.

Standing military presses are great because they’re a fun compound movement that will hit your shoulders, upper back and core. n Stand with your feet hip-width apart and an Olympic bar (15-20kg bar) or barbell at your feet. n With a straight back, squat down and grip the bar with an overhand grip, with your hands placed shoulder-width apart. n Stand up straight, then swing the bar up to chest height before raising it above your head. n Slowly bring the bar back down again to chest height and then repeat the move. n Try 3 sets of 8 reps.

Tip of The week

I bumped into my friend Louise Thompson, who I met on The Jump, at the Sport FX cosmetic launch last week. It made my night as I never get to see her. I could see this fierce chick doing a catwalk up to the bar and realised it was Louise, the little minx. Obviously, she’s training all the time now, but here’s the thing – Louise has always had the best body and is one of those annoyingly genetically gifted women who can eat whatever she wants. On The Jump, she’d eat huge bowls of pasta and pizza every day and

not gain a pound. Now she trains daily, she’s ripped. The show’s new line-up, which includes retired Welsh rugby ace Gareth Thomas, Rugby World Cup winner Jason Robinson and former Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, looks great. I haven’t met Gareth or Jason, but if Mike Tindall’s performance is anything to go by, they’re going to smash it due to their fearlessness and competitive nature.

A big Xmas no-no I posted a picture of some horrible Christmas baubles I found in Ikea. They have a whole black Christmas section with black decorations and trees – not Christmassy at all. I’m straight up gold, red and green, nothing else. Loads of people commented, saying the baubles look like butt plugs. I’m surprised at how many people must use them! We’re going to start decorating in the first week of December, beginning with the tree and the living room and then the hall. If James had his way, he’d do every square inch of the house, but I’ve explained to him that this is tacky and will not be allowed.

eza Drummond turns heads wherever she goes in her local town of Bangor, Northern Ireland – thanks to her enormous trout pout and 32GG breasts. The 34-year-old hairdresser, who was diagnosed with body dysmorphia as a teenager, has spent a whopping £17,500 on surgery to change her look – including three boob jobs as well

“I’ve had more lip filler today, babe,” I warned my bookmaker boyfriend Graeme, 29, on the phone as we planned a meal out. I heard him sigh and knew he’d be rolling his eyes. “You better not look like a fish!” he laughed. I giggled too. People always joke we are mismatched – he looks like an accountant and I look like a porn star. But regardless of what people think, it won’t change me because I’m completely addicted to cosmetic procedures, especially lip fillers. I wasn’t always this way. I’d come home from work in tears and then lock myself in my room where I’d stare in the mirror and will everything to change. To me, I was just plain ugly. I did 40 squats, arm curls and sit-ups daily to tone up, yet I despised my flat chest and “boring” face. At the age of 26, I took out a bank loan for £3,500 and booked myself in with a top surgeon for breast implants. I went from a 32B up to a 32DD, huge for my size 6 frame, but I was disappointed with the result. “I thought they’d be bigger,” I moaned, despite my eye-popping cleavage.

PROCeDUReS Within months I started to experience excruciating pain in my breasts. They felt engorged and I would wince in agony while trying to style hair at work. Eventually, I went back to the surgeon who, after a few tests, explained that I had the faulty PIP implants and would need them removed as they had ruptured. I then had them immediately replaced with safer implants – but this time went up to a 32FF. I met my boyfriend, Graeme, a year later in a nightclub in Bangor,

Pre-procedure Leza loathed her looks

where I’d squeezed my enormous boobs into a tiny dress. He started chatting to me at the bar and bought me a drink. He always says he noticed my eyes before my chest, but I think he’s lying as he couldn’t hide his delight the first time he saw me naked! At around the same time I met Graeme I joined Instagram and couldn’t help but notice that all the reality stars and glamour models had huge lips to match their boobs. “That’s the look I want,” I told Graeme, who seemed baffled by the whole thing. I already had regular Botox to get rid of my expression lines, but I’d not considered changing my mouth. My first thought was that I wanted to look a bit like Kylie Jenner, but when my beauty therapist administered 1ml of filler for the first time two years ago, I could barely see the difference. I had another 2ml injected a month later and I loved how I looked, even though my friends joked I looked like Pete Burns. “Oh, Leza,” Mum would say to me. “I don’t even recognise you any more.” But nothing was

her celeb-style trout pout certainly gets her noticed

She blew £200 a month on lip fillers last year

Getting lippy Leza’s look has been heavily influenced by her favourite celebs… ChArLOttE CrOSBy “the bigger her lips get, the sexier she looks. I salute her.”

“Wow. Who can honestly say she doesn’t look better with her new mouth? I think she’s stunning.”

She feels super-sexy with her colossal 32GG boobs

going to hold me back. I started to squirrel away every penny I had to fund my addiction to lip fillers. I stopped buying coffees on the way to work and cut back on nights out with the girls to save like mad. Last year, I had fillers every single month, costing £200 a time. The bigger my pout became, the more followers I got on Instagram and the sexier I felt.

ONLINE ABUSE But with the online fame came abuse. “You are the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen,” read one message underneath a selfie. “Why don’t you just kill yourself?” Of course it hurts, but for each message of hatred, there are also lovely supportive people calling me “stunning” or an “inspiration”.

My lips also attract a lot of attention when I’m out and, luckily, Graeme isn’t the jealous type, because men do leer at me. But I do get a few obscenities shouted at me about doing things with my mouth, which he isn’t so keen on! Last month I had my third boob job and went to a colossal 32GG. I finally feel like Katie Price but even sexier, as I have fuller lips. Though they look ready to burst, they don’t hurt or itch. I now get them topped up every three to four months. The one thing that has taken a real bashing is my purse. I totted up the total I’ve shelled out and it’s definitely around £17,500. “Think of all the holidays we could have had with that cash,” moaned Graeme. “I love you for you on the inside, so I couldn’t care less what you look like.”

I know he means what he says, but I don’t do it for him. I do it for myself. In fact, I’m now looking into bum implants, as I love Kim Kardashian’s look, but who knows if I’ll take the plunge and go for it. I feel sorry for people like Charlotte Crosby, who has been constantly in the limelight for her changing face. I think as long as she is happy then we should celebrate her look. If I ever have a wobble about my surgery decisions, I just think back to the plain Jane I used to be, and how miserable it made me. Now, everyone recognises me on the street and I have online fame. What more could I want?

“She’s a natural beauty, but her trout pout gives her the edge.”

“Maybe he went a little too far, but at least he’ll be remembered for it.” Mark Norfolk, Clinical Director at Transform, warns that Leza could be damaging her health. “An over-reliance on fillers can lead to permanently damaged lips,” he says. “We recommend topping up every four to six months for the best results.”

Eight stars take on one of the hardest cycle races

ou might think I’m A Celeb is a tough challenge, but Tour De Celeb is about to blow it out of the water. The show sees eight celebrities take on one of cycling’s most gruelling challenges, L’Étape du Tour, a 146km race through the punishing mountain terrain of the Pyrenees in France. So who are these mad, sorry, brave celebs? Well there’s Millie Mackintosh’s beau Hugo Taylor, former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh, presenter Angellica Bell, model Jodie Kidd, former England cricketer Darren Gough, former Winter Olympic champ Amy Williams, retired rugby star Austin Healey and choreographer Louie Spence. It’s going to be amazing. To hear how their training is going ahead of the big day, new! heads to the Lee Valley velodrome in London to chat to the stars – although Hugo, Darren and Louie aren’t available, boo! – and they tell us all about their punishing eight-week training schedule and how they coped being wheelie exhausted (sorry!)…

Angellica: ‘I’ve cried the most!’

TV presenter and mum-of-two Angellica, 40, talks about being emotional and losing weight… How have you found the process? Emotional. It’s probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done. It’s been draining and exhausting but when you get over that line, it’s a good feeling. Who’s cried the most? I probably have. They better cut some stuff out! Have your family been supportive? My husband Michael [Underwood] and my family are the most important thing. I didn’t want to miss things, like my son’s sports day, so I’ve had to get up at five in the morning to fit in a cycle before. It’s been mad. How has life changed? I’ve lost weight! Finally, have you suffered from any chafing?! At the beginning I wore three pairs of padded shorts. Now I’m down to two…

Amy: ‘We’ve all gone through tough patches’

The British skeleton bobsleigh racer, 34, who won gold at the 2010 Winter Olympics and retired in 2012 due to injuries, talks about being back in Lycra…

How does it feel to be wearing Lycra again? [Laughs] I stopped wearing it for a while and now I’m living my life in it again. Has your body changed? I’d like to think my quads have got a bit more meat on them. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten more than I have in the last two months. If you want to burn calories and get strong legs, take up cycling! Have you had any moments of tears? Yeah, we’ve all gone through tough patches. It has been hard. What have your family and friends said? My mum just tutted and said, “Another crazy mission!”

Austin: ‘Strictly and cy both shed your weig An incredibly calm and chilled Austin, 43, compares cycling to his 2008 Strictly stint and reveals how he’ll celebrate afterwards… How does cycling compare to rugby? You get your head kicked in a lot less. Playing rugby, I got beaten up every week! Any similarities to the Strictly dance floor? Strictly and cycling are very closely related in terms of getting your body into a natural state. They both shed the weight off you to find your natural frame. Who do you think has improved the most? I think Amy has got a chance at the next Olympics. She’s properly quick now. Have you been cutting down on booze? I wouldn’t recommend it while you’re riding! We won’t be drinking much the night before. What will you do when you finish? I might go for a bike ride!

b pedal pushers! er

in the world for new show Tour De Celeb…

Lucy: ‘It’s nice to be able to indulge!’ The former TOWIE star and fitness fanatic, 25, on eating foods she normally wouldn’t give in to and why there’s been blood, sweat and tears… How’s the training process been? It was hard for Angellica and me because we were starting from scratch. We’d barely been on a bike. I underestimated how hard it was going to be. It’s been really tough. A lot of blood, sweet and tears – on my part, anyway [laughs]. Why did you want to take on the challenge? I’ve noticed it’s mainly men who cycle. I did a ride in Essex and I counted 95 men and six women, so it would be great to inspire some women to get involved in cycling and take on a challenge like this. Is cycling a different level of fitness to what you’re used to? Yes, it’s learning a whole new sport. I’m used to 45 minutes of HIIT training, but with this I’m sitting in a saddle for six to seven hours. It’s completely different. I’m not used to endurance.

cling ht!’

Do you have any injuries? I’ve got a little scar on my knee. It’s hard getting used to the blooming shoes you’re attached to! Have you noticed your body changing? I’ve got new muscles in my legs. What have you been indulging in? You’re allowed to eat as much cake as you like. It’s amazing! It’s nice to be able to indulge in what you want, like having a big bowl of pasta. It’s something I don’t usually do. How competitive are you? I just want to finish. I don’t care about beating anyone. When I signed up I thought it would be great to win, but once I started the process I realised how tough it would be to even finish. What’s a particular training memory for you? Cycling in the rain, which was not fun, especially when you’re terrified. There were potholes, gravel… We cycled for seven and a half hours in torrential rain. It was awful, but that’s when your mental strength comes out. You haven’t got a choice!

Jodie: ‘Being defeated is not in my genes!’

Mum-of-one Jodie, 38, who was left with a badly injured knee during training, reveals what she’s learned about herself during the past two months… How have you found the training process? All of us, apart from Austin, who is just a machine, have found it a lot tougher than we imagined. Are you competitive? There’s no point any of us thinking we can beat Austin. He’s brilliant. Has there been a point where you’ve thought, “I can’t do this?” Yes. That’s the battle of endurance riding. Your brain keeps trying to find excuses. Pushing your body to extreme levels is not easy.

What’s kept you going? I don’t want to let anyone down, and being defeated is not in my genes. Have you learned anything new about yourself during this process? Yes. I can sit on a saddle for eight hours [laughs]. And I’m stronger than I thought. What have your family and friends said about it? I think they’ll be very proud when I’ve done it, but they’ve had to be patient. I’ve got a five year old, Indio, at home so it’s been difficult juggling parenthood with a career and a bike. It’s been full on. How will you celebrate when you finish? With lots of champagne!

dRiVing us Wild!

Following last year’s shock reunion and sell-out tour, Busted finally release their longawaited comeback album, Night Driver. Now, while we’re not totally on board with the title (visions of a knackered Charlie Simpson moonlighting for Uber spring to mind), we are completely down with their new sound – a more

sophisticated synth-pop vibe, in comparison to the pop-punk Busted brilliance of old. Anyone expecting a rehash of their iconic 2002 self-titled debut masterpiece (yeah, we said it) will be sorely disappointed, as is evident from the album’s singles, Coming Home, an anthemic electro pop ballad, and the insanely catchy Daft Punk-esque On What You’re On.

Meanwhile, tunes such as New York and Easy are further examples of the daring new direction Charlie, Matt Willis and James Bourne are heading in. It’s safe to say they’re not teens in school ties any more (Miss McKenzie’s practically an OAP these days) – but we’re definitely into it. Welcome back, lads.

Reunited and it feels so good…

Charlie left Busted ten years ago and vowed never to return. Now, we don’t want to imply that money talks, but considering he once said, “I want to make it unequivocally clear that I have no interest whatsoever in rejoining Busted and I never will,” and referred to being in the band as

“torture”, we were slightly cynical as to how this new album ever came to fruition. But then, Busted aren’t the only ones to shock fans with an unexpected reunion. Here are some of the groups we never thought would get back together… but famously did. Ker-ching!

The bad boys split in 1997 after lead singer Brian Harvey told a radio show, “It’s cool to take drugs.” Songwriter Tony Mortimer walked out in disgust and the remaining members rebranded themselves E-17. But not even Brian running himself over after having one too many jacket potatoes (seriously) could stop a bored Tony coming back nine years later – though their one gig ended in a punch-up and East went south… again.

No wonder fans were stunned when TT announced Robbie was rejoining the fold for a lucrative tour in 2010. After all, Mr Williams once hated Gary Barlow so much he “wanted to crush him”, and the pair didn’t speak after Rob left to pursue a solo career. But they made up after a heart-toheart in 2009 and there’s now even talk of Rob coming back again for the band’s 25th anniversary in 2017.

Following their bitter break-up in 1980, the dad-rock legends famously said they’d get back together when “hell freezes over”. Fourteen years later, the (now bald) Eagles were offered millions of dollars to tour and what do you know? The Hell Freezes Over live album became a soaring success, and ended up one of the biggest selling records of all time.

SpicE GirlS

The ladies fell out when Geri Horner left in 1998, with Mel B later calling her a “bitch”. However, the original fivesome reformed in 2007 for their imaginatively titled Return Of The Spice Girls tour, and again for their memorable turn at 2012’s Olympics Opening Ceremony. But Victoria Beckham put the kibosh (kiPosh?) on getting the entire gang back together in the future, saying she’d “never do it again”. Spoilsport.

I love the fact that he’s had this amazing comeback after all these years. I think the arena is going to go absolutely wild for him. And it’s always lovely to see Robbie Williams play as well. You must’ve known robbie for a long time… Yeah, I have, a really long time. I love his wife Ayda, too – we’ve hung out a little bit over the years. christmas is nearly upon us. What’s your favourite festive song? Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Jason was a Christmas. I don’t even have to childhood fave think about that one. It’s just the

best feel-good song and I love it. I always try and sing it and hit the high notes and completely fail. do your kids rex and honey have favourite songs? Fearne is looking Rex loves Here Comes The Sun forward to seeing craig again by The Beatles. I have to play that on repeat! And he also loves the Faces’ Ooh La La, because his grandad [Ronnie Wood] sings the vocals on that one, and Rex gets that! We always play Bob Marley when the kids are in the bath. What was the first record you bought? Jason Donovan’s album Ten Good Reasons, which featured Too Many Broken Hearts. I bought it from my local Woolworths. Jason and Kylie were just my absolute faves at the time.

After the right royal bombshell that was Danny Dyer’s distant link to King Edward III, it’s Amanda Holden’s turn to see if her family tree hides quite as many shocking secrets. Now, wine-loving Mandy’s a bit of a self-confessed romantic, so she’s naturally delighted to discover not only an extraordinary Napoleonic-era cross-channel romance on her mother’s side, but a link that traces her family back to several vineyards in the region. “That’s like a dream that is,” says Amanda, as she swigs a local red. Wednesday, November 30, 9pm, BBC1 It’s the show that’s gripped the nation, and while it wasn’t exactly cheery viewing, we’ll be more distressed to see it go than we were actually watching it. Without giving too much away, for those that want to (and absolutely should) jump on the bandwagon, this week sees the climax of the brilliant drama. It’s 2014 and the truth about Alice is finally revealed, while in present day 2016, Sam and Gemma pull together and join Julien in a desperate race against time. We’re not optimistic for a happy ending, but you never know…

CORONATION STREET Is the game finally up for Caz? It’s looking increasingly likely this week, which can only be good news for Maria. In fact, it looks like Kate could be the key to the poor girl’s freedom, when she spots a transaction for a camera on a credit card statement. Like magic, it all falls into place and Kate gets wise to Caz’s game. Cue hidden cameras and fake secret phone calls, as she and Aidan plot to ensure Caz gets her comeuppance once and for all.

It never reached the heady heights of greatness it did across the pond, but the US import still has a huge cult following on these shores, and fans have been salivating at the thought of four new 90-minute episodes, airing nine years after the TV show ended. Set to stream exclusively on Netflix this week, the long-anticipated revival reunites us with mother and daughter duo Rory and Lorelai, whose quirky, fast-talking, no nonsense escapades in their sleepy American town are both hilarious and heartwarming. Newbie viewers would be advised to binge-watch the first seven series beforehand to really appreciate it, but diehards can just sit back and enjoy.

Wednesday, november 30, 8pm, Gold Imagine a Gogglebox-esque show that featured the actual Boycie and Marlene from Only Fools And Horses sitting on a sofa in Christmas headbands, giving their take on new clips and classic comedies. Well imagine no more because such a wonder actually exists, thanks to those bright sparks over at Gold! This festive one-off (a brand new, full series is coming in January) will feature a batch of comedians discussing that Great British institution – the Christmas comedy special. Miranda stars Sally Phillips and Sarah Hadland and The Royle Family’s Ricky Tomlinson and Ralf Little also join the fun. Who needs Leon and June?!

There’s not long to go before the tragic demise of Mitchell sisters Ronnie and Roxy, who are set to bow out of the show in dramatic fashion over the New Year, so let’s enjoy them while they’re still on the Square and let the countdown to Jack and Ronnie’s nuptials begin. Ron gets a shock when an estate agent arrives to value No.27 and tells Jack they can’t sell without her sister’s blessing. And when Jack pays Roxy a visit promising her half the money from the sale, she’s left contemplating the idea. But will she agree to his terms?

Which song reminds you of a happy moment? This is a bit inappropriate but Rihanna’s Bitch Better Have My Money. Whenever we’re out clubbing with friends, or whenever we’re on holiday and that song comes on, it’s my tune. I have my own dance to it and everyone knows it. So that’s always a happy moment for me. What was the last book you finished? Do scripts count? Because that’s about all the reading I do at the moment. Actually, it was The Girl On The Train, but that was a while ago. It’s really hard for me to find time to read, but when that book first came out, I read it and loved it. I still need to see the movie, so I can’t wait for that. Which celebrity do you secretly fancy? Olivia Palermo’s husband, Johannes Huebl. I think he’s so sexy. He makes me think of my boyfriend, Greg Cannell. They’ve got the same shaped head and it always reminds me of him. Who do you think is not on TV enough? Ha, me! OK, maybe my lovely sister Holly. I tried to get her to come back for a few episodes of Neighbours but it didn’t work out. Apart from your own, which TV character do you relate to most? I think Piper on Neighbours. That’s exactly how I was when I was in high school. I think Mavournee Hazel plays high-school girls really, really well. The way she speaks to her parents and how she’s so hard done by all the time, that’s how I felt when I was younger. When was the last time you Netflixed and chilled? I’ve started watching Orphan Black. It’s one of the best TV shows and I have bingewatched it. Every time I start a series, I don’t sleep for weeks. If there are cliffhangers at the end of the episode, then I have to watch the next one – I can’t wait until next week. There’s no time for the “chilling” aspect when it’s on! Ha! Have you ever lied about liking a film, book or song just to impress someone? Yes. I didn’t love the book The Da Vinci Code, and I was speaking to someone and they were going on about how great it was, and I was like, “Yes, I really loved it, too!” But really I just hated it and it took me a really long time to read. And I watched the film and I thought that was too long, too!

Neighbours airs on weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5

WHAT’s good?

Sorry Ange, it pains us to say it but the chemistry between Brad and Marion is electric, making them the hottest on-screen couple since, er, Brad and Ange in Mr & Mrs Smith. And the similarities between the two movies don’t end there. Two assassins fall in love? Check. One marriage with a big secret? Check. Two co-stars alleged to be having extra-marital relations on set? Check. The unfounded rumours certainly won’t harm the box office receipts but, gossip aside, this

is Brad back at his best and the wartime drama is gripping – it’ll leave you on the edge of your seat.

Yep, it’s that film – the one that reportedly led to the demise of Brangelina, after Mr Pitt allegedly fell for the charms of Ms Cotillard (something both parties have denied). Brad plays US intelligence officer Max Vatan, who encounters French resistance fighter Marianne Beausejour during a mission in Casablanca in 1942. The pair are forced into a sham marriage, but it’s not long before they fall in love for real. It’s just a shame one of them is hiding a rather big Nazi shaped secret. Typical.

When we met days later it was like I’d known him for years. I felt a wave of calm wash over me. I knew I could trust this man. He was the one. Sex felt incredible with Yannis and he didn’t notice anything different about my body. In early June I told him about my syndrome and operation. “Although my body still produces eggs, I’ll never be able to carry a child,” I explained, bracing myself for his reaction. After a short pause, he said, “This doesn’t change anything – I want you for you, not for whether you can be a mother.” I threw my arms around him in relief. Months later we were watching TV when Yannis suddenly said, “I love you.” Overwhelmed, I burst into tears. “I’ve loved you from the first moment I met you!” I sobbed. Last year we moved to Oxford as Yannis was offered a job as an IT teacher. I’m about to start studying forensic psychology. I’m happy to say I’m not ashamed of myself any more – instead, I’m embracing my life as it is, and I’m telling my story to help other women with this syndrome know they’re not alone. Yannis and I are looking forward to getting married and having children, whether it’s through adoption, fostering or surrogacy. I know Yannis loves me just the way I am. Emmie

widened the vaginal entrance even more. Eventually I was OK physically, but emotionally I felt worthless, like I was damaged goods. I was a lost soul, battling depression, anxiety and panic attacks.

But after six months or so I started to adjust. I began to look at my operation as having given me a new life. I was excited to start afresh. I felt more complete, and like finally I I started working in a restaurant could fit in. and that’s where, at 21, I met Marc*. He was 23, tall, blond and handsome. At a work event, I saw Marc in his suit and my stomach flipped. That night we became an item. Our relationship was blissful, and soon we had sex. Weirdly I didn’t see it as losing my virginity – I felt like I did that during my surgery – and although I enjoyed it, it was quite painful. Then, after a while, Marc made a comment. “It’s a bit strange down there ,” he said. “It’s just how I’m built,” I shrugged, unable to admit the truth. Six months down the line, Marc asked me over to his flat. There I found him on one knee. “Joanna, you’re the love of my life,” he said, holding out a ring. “Will you marry me?” The words rang in my ears. Marriage was forever. I couldn’t keep my condition a secret any longer.

“I love you, but I need to tell you something before I say yes,” I explained. I told him everything. He was confused yet seemed to take it well at first, but said he needed time for it to sink in. Days later he sent “I love you but I want to marry me a text. a real woman who can give birth,” it said. “A real woman?” I whispered, was devastated. And receiving horrified. I this bombshell in a text message made it even worse.

Reeling from the rejection, I had I was petrified of what others a breakdown. would think of me, and convinced I’d never find love. Deeply depressed, I sought professional help. A psychiatrist gave me anti-anxiety medication and a psychologist eventually helped me see that I had the power to accept my condition – and accept myself.

Rokitansky syndrome, or MRKH (Mayer-Rokitansky-Küsteraround one in 5,000 women, Hauser), affects and is a congenital abnormality the absence of the vagina, characterised by womb and cervix. Women with Rokitansky syndrome have external genitalia (vulva) and normally functioning ovaries, so they still go through puberty, but they don’t have periods and can’t conceive. Sex can be difficult because the vagina is shorter than normal, but doctors are often able to create a vaginal canal using cylindrical dilators to stretch the muscles, or perform surgery to enlarge the vaginal canal. Following treatment, women are able to have intercourse and can have their eggs removed and fertilised to be used in surrogacy. See for more information.

Although Joanna can’t have children naturally, she’s considering adoption, fostering or surrogacy

ydia bright is used to applying layers of make-up to film The Only Way Is Essex, but being covered from head to foot in body paint is rather different to preparing for a night out at sugar Hut! so why was the 25 year old turned into one of London’s main tourist attractions, the London eye? To celebrate the dvd release of Now You See Me 2, that’s why! Here, she talks about the experience and reveals whether she’s addicted to her phone…

How long did it take to paint you? Three hours. There were two women working on me. I was standing still for a very long time. How did you find the day? It was tricky. We started early because the London eye isn’t supposed to move until 11am when they have their first visitors, but we didn’t realise there were going to be trials before it opens to the public. It kept moving, which made it hard to match it to me. but the pictures came out amazingly well. You weren’t wearing much – were you cold? Freezing! We ended up buying two heaters to try to keep me warm as the air was so cold. in your selfie, there’s a pack of face wipes. Was the paint a mission to get off? I thought it would take forever but it came off with two hair washes and a body scrub in the shower – and then I had to rush off to TOWIE filming!

t w e e t ta l k

did you feel body confident in the Lycra one-piece you had to wear? [Laughs] It was skin-tight and it gave me the biggest camel toe! Thankfully the shot was always going to be half-body, and luckily I wasn’t bloated either because I hadn’t eaten or drunk much at that point in the morning. How many takes of the selfie did you do? not many. The first one is always the best. rather than take loads of photos I take time taking the perfect one. We’re a nation attached to our phones. do you think you’re addicted? I’ve got an hourly morning and evening ritual of checking snapchat, Twitter and Instagram, but during the day I’m not on it. I find it rude when people sit at the dinner table or are on nights out and they’re glued to their phone. What’s your favourite social media platform? Instagram. I’m not one to snapchat. I don’t like it when I’m out and I see people documenting everything instead of living in the moment. Who out of your TOWIE castmates is on their phone all the time? Megan McKenna and danielle armstrong are always on snapchat.

What do you make of your mum, debbie, being on social media? I love it and embrace it. she even does snapchat and sings along to songs like Kylie Jenner does. My 18-year-old brother finds it a bit embarrassing. He deleted her Instagram so she’s only been back on it for six months. Who would you love to have a selfie with? sarah Jessica Parker. I’ve made a list of all the things I have to do before I’m 30 and having a selfie with her is on there! I’m a super fan. oLIvIa adaMs Now You See Me 2 is out now on Blu-ray, DVD and download
