The Principia College Dormitory Life Safety Renovations | Elsah IL

Life safety upgrades and selective renovations on ten residence halls occurring over a six year time period, four of which were designed by architect Bernard Maybeck, to achieve compliance with the Dormitory Fire Sprinkler Act. Responsible for the design, construction documents, consultant coordination, specifications and construction administration.

Berea College Farm Store | Berea KY

Renovation of an existing brick building to house a small retail store which will sell goods created from the on-site commercial kitchen and meat processing area. Responsible for the design, construction documents, specifications, consultant coordination, and construction administration.

Berea College Residence Hall | Berea KY | LEED Platinum certified & LBC Petal Recognition 120 bed deep green residence hall.
