IT’S HEATING UP OUT THERE… As Perth’s temperature continues to climb so do do our market indicators. Since our last report the number of properties have continued to fall, combined with buyer confidence rising resulting in more properties selling, and the forecast… It’s set to continue. We have a very interesting year ahead of us. Combine this with Fiona Stanley Hospital on track and coming ever closer to open day, buyers should continue to flock to the area, and investor confidence is high on the back of increased rental returns. Some may say it’s all looking great.
