Local Area Traffic Management The traffic management and parking plans will help provide a safe and secure environment around the Earls Court venue, keep traffic moving and prioritise parking for local people. The plans include: • Temporarily closing Penywern Road and Eardley Crescent for spectator movements and parts of Old Brompton and Lillie Roads for vehicle access • No stopping at any time on some sections of Lillie Road. A short section of Old Brompton Road (south side) between Warwick Road and Coleherne Road will be no stopping - 6am to midnight every day. Please refer to on- street signage for exact locations and times of operation

on the restricted roads, and some parking bays will be temporarily suspended • All residents and businesses will be able to access their properties, and receive deliveries and visitors • The restrictions will not apply to buses, cyclists or pedestrians • The existing special parking controls for event days at Earls Court will apply. These are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 8.30am to 8pm • In addition, road closures due to the Cycling Road Races will have a significant impact on roads around the Earl’s Court area.
