Re-assert complaints from the community meeting on August 19, 2008, and the community meeting on June 17, 2009 as outlined in report filed July 23, 2009. Further, we again, assert our rights under the Uniform Grievance Procedure. Finally, as part of our complaint, we include the files listed on the next slide relative to safety, finance and behavior by administrators.

We appreciate the difficulties our district is facing and we volunteer our services to assist in the processing of these complaints We applaud the new board and the actions taken with new leadership We support RB but we are long due a response to each of these issues You can help balance our budget and fix a problem without cutting programs






The other two significant points brought up by the multiple focus groups were the desire for the District to be more transparent and to enhance communications In an effort to facilitate such and to reduce the possible burden of Freedom of Information Act demands on the district


Provided some files via Email for posting on RB’s web site others are incorporated by reference, they are Available by links to Internet sites which facilitate storage, communication and should reduce the possible FOIA demands on RBHS.
