Create sales brochures for each listing to profitably market the home. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services. Negotiate the best possible contract for clients. Work with home inspectors and appraisers to determine any and all actions that need to be taken prior to closing. Successfully close.


Marketing plan: 1)

Pre-marketing: we order signs up as soon as property becomes vacant and put them on our inventory at century21exclusiveproperties.com, so all Agents and the general public can view them right away. We often have offers to present as soon as we receive the asking price. 2) Advertising: We use all the internet web sites to our advantage. Including: CVAR, VVAR, IMRMLS, CRAIGSLIST, CENTURY21.COM, TRULIA, any many more. We create Century 21 ads featuring available properties to send out to all investors, previous buyers, other real estate agents, and current clients. We also place ads in Home Gallery magazine as well as the Daily Bulletin. 3) Quick Live Response Team: Answering phones from 8:00am to 6:00 pm daily. Investors Network: An unsurpassed network of Investors waiting for new Property daily. 5) On Staff Monitoring: We check on each listing multiple times each week to ensure there is no vandalism, or unauthorized entry. Properties are always kept clean and the lawn maintained. 6) Team Work: Not only do I manage the property but my entire office works for you as well. Agents hold open houses every weekend and create flyers to find buyers for the home as soon as possible. 6) We do whatever it takes to service our clients; you are our number #1 priority!
