SOLUTIONS SALES PROFESSIONAL – OYNAMICS (M/F)
Integrated in the Dynamics Specialist Sales Team, this professional will be responsible for driving sales of Microsoft Dynamics solutions into the Enterprise and Upper Midmarket segments, as well as support partners who are brought into opportunities in these segments. Also, this professional needs to able to support through‐partner sales in all segments, including the Small & Midmarket, by ensuring their readiness and enablement. The Solutions Sales Professional needs to be aware and fully committed to: • Developing a healthy Microsoft Dynamics pipeline of qualified opportunities; • Closing deals by reinforcing the business value of solutions, services and support, and acting as an interface between customers, Partners/Services and Support; • Contributing to the recruitment, engagement and readiness of Partners who can help identify and qualify Microsoft Dynamics opportunities; • Educating EPG Account Managers on how to identify potential Microsoft Dynamics opportunities.
Desired General Profile: Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or similar; MBA is considered a plus; 5 to 8 years of related work experience in a Solutions Sales Role, mainly in the CRM/ERP area; Depth knowledge of the Software Market as well as good expertise and experience selling technology to senior business decision‐makers; Proven record of effective account management, including Account Planning, Opportunity Generation and Management, Communication Plans, and Business Management Excellence; • Experience in managing Client business requirements; • Good Team Player, Leadership and communicational skills. • • • • •
