Summary Payne Theological Seminary is seeking a design of a Seminary logo including a Crest Logo Mark and a Word Mark to be used for basic professional branding.
Proposal Guidelines and Requirements
This is an open and competitive process. Proposals received after 12:00pm/noon ET, Monday, April 22, 2015, will not be considered. If you wish to submit alternate solutions, please do so. The price you quote should be inclusive. If your price excludes certain fees or charges, you must provide a detailed list of excluded fees with a complete explanation of the nature of those fees. Sub-contracting is not permissible. Provisions of this RFP and the contents of the successful responses are considered available for inclusion in final contractual obligations.
Contract Terms An authorized agent of Payne Theological Seminary will negotiate contract terms upon selection. All contracts are subject to review by legal counsel, and a project will be awarded upon signing of an agreement or contract, which outlines terms, scope, budget and other necessary items.
Purpose, Description and Objectives Payne Theological Seminary currently has a logo and identity package that is somewhat outdated in appearance, and inconsistently used on our web platforms. We plan to completely redesign our website and digital products in the coming year, and thus an opportunity exists to re-engineer the look of the organization to better reflect the mission and image of the seminary. Upon completion of the logo design and identity documentation, Payne Theological Seminary’s development team will assume full responsibility for additional usage of the logo and branding. All graphics will become the sole property of Payne Theological Seminary.
Timeline Logo designer will make every attempt to deliver the agreed upon products no later than 1 month of the award date. Payne Theological Seminary will make every effort to offer timely advice and revisions to concepts presented in order to meet this target deadline. April 22, 2015 for quote May 8, 2015 for thumbnail drafts of 3 renderings May 15, 2015 for final draft May 20, 2015 for deliverable final files
