best ski trips

One of our

I chose Rayburn Ski for a number of reasons but mainly due to an excellent reputation, great customer service and the all important accreditations. This was one of the best ski trips we have ever been on and was enjoyed by all, students and staff! I couldn’t rate the service highly enough, it was excellent, very impressive. As our dedicated ski trip consultant, Mike was helpful and always promptly responded to any queries or requests we made. The resort was perfect for us and the hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful and the food was the best ever - students had no cause for complaint. On our final morning the hotel even organised an early breakfast sitting for us at 4.30am so we didn’t have to settle for “pack-up” – the extra mile! The ski school and our Rayburn Ski courier – 5 out of 5. Overall this was an excellent trip. Would I recommend Italy? Yes, and that’s why we’ve booked to go back to the same resort in 2013! Would I recommend Rayburn Ski? Of course! Mr Elvidge, Sauze d'Oulx, April 2012

e alive The Austr ian hills wer ld Hill w ith the sound of A r no students hav ing fun.

I chose Rayburn Ski for 3 reasons, excellent customer service, competitive price and experience – and I am pleased to say they didn’t let me down! From the very initial stages I received excellent service. A variety of options were presented when the idea of an Austria ski trip was first raised, and the final outline for the trip was very closely tailored to our requests. Any queries were dealt with very promptly and the information pack that is sent out prior to departure is by far and away the best that I have seen from any ski company. The resort and whole skiing experience was superb – 5 out of 5! My overall highlight of the trip was the final night's apres-ski - we listened to our students discussing the day's skiing, then heard them extolling the virtues of the speciality meal and finally watched them being mesmersied by the yodelling and thighslapping of the Tyrolean entertainment. This is certainly a memory that will stay with them forever! I cannot praise Amber highly enough - she gave an excellent service, both prior to departure as our Tour Coordinator and especially in the resort when she accompanied us as a ski courier. Any minor query was dealt with efficiently and effectively, and she made a point of checking that we were happy with the arrangements on a day-to-day basis Would I recommend Austria? Of course, I learnt to ski there and it’s a fabulous country. Would I recommend Rayburn Ski? Absolutely! Miss Adams, Kitzbuhel, April 2012
