What are your preferred mediums to work with? Recently, I’ve been working in colored pencil, acrylic paint, gouache, and pen and ink. I’ve also been animating by drawing digitally! What is your general process in approaching starting a new project? When I begin a new piece, I make charts and diagrams of word associations. I try to write down every idea I have, and then sketch a bunch of them. I find that I can come up with more unusual solutions and solve problems more easily when I do a lot of sketches.
